i havent seen the number "59kg" (130 lbs) in like YEARS. time to go even lower.
hearing compliments from my family saying that i got slimmer makes me feel a whirlwind of emotions. like im glad because body dysmorphia is a bitch and i cant tell but also i dont want them to find out

overestimating calories so that i can eat even less the next day, and so i don't eat more than 500 c@ls a day
every meal i skip makes me feel so powerful. so in control. so disciplined.

question. for those of you who live with your parents/family. how do you fake eating?
i just keep some food in my hand and discreetly go to the bathroom to flush it down. i eat like 3 bites in front of them, fake the rest. but i need new tips and tricks.
