To recap as there’s constant breaking news of lots of different awful things happening that are all intrinsically linked:
Trump has deployed his gestapo (ICE) on Chicago, targeting the Latino communities. They’ve zip tied children and families at 3am they’ve ripped families apart. They’ve shot a woman who’s now in critical condition, they’ve beaten and gassed residents.
Israel is still bombing and starving Gaza despite the ongoing peace talks in Egypt. They have kidnapped nearly 500 flotilla activists for daring to bring medical supplies, food, water and baby formula. The activist were beaten and abused, tortured and starved and kept in awful conditions. Greta thunburg was forced to lose the Israeli flag and apparently wrapped in it in front of a public crowd because she’s a prominent figure. Over 100 of the kidnapped activists have now been released (as of 7 oct 2025), notably it seems they’ve only released the white and lighter skinned people and have not yet released many or any darker skinned activists. And one woman, Yvonne Ridley, from Scotland who’s been a prominent figure in activism for decades, is a journalist, and a politician has disappeared somewhere while she was being transported for release after being detained in Ktzi’ot Prison in occupied Palestine.
The IDF has also kidnapped more flotilla activists as of 8/10/25 from the Conscience in international waters. Again committing another act of breaching international law.
Rwanda is committing a genocide in Congo and is being supported by western leaders as they hold valuable natural resources like cobalt (used for batteries for phones, laptops etc) and copper. The people are starving just like the Palestinians but they’ve not had the same attention despite it being just as dire a situation. They are also in a Catagory 5 famine.
In the United Kingdom the government is trying to push the digital id scheme which would have our on paper information like names, dob, address, phone number etc as well as biometric data such as iris readings and fingerprints which will be collected by an outsourced 3rd party company with lax security and safety, meaning not only will we be rigorously tracked every day, but our data is very susceptible to being stolen by hackers and sold onto places like the dark web which would endanger us all. All our accounts with banks, social media, any home security/surveillance systems would be compromised. This isn’t about anti technology and anti change, this is a threat to our safety and we have the right to say no. The government has said anyone that doesn’t have a digital id by 2028 will be social outcasts, and by the history books the social outcasts will be degraded and systemically hurt.
In Sudan the RSF (Rapid Support Forces) are attempting to take control of the rest of Sudan with the SAF (Sudanese Armed Forces. With mass casualties and famine, death and disease rampant in the region the death toll is in the 10s of thousands as of Sept 30 2025 (source aljazeera.com)
