Answer: "hi! <3 thank you for your enthusiasm! we unfortunately didn't find time yet but plan to resume working on zine spotlights again soon :3 we have no criteria! we use a zine library and do a random scroll and pick as not to play favourites~ we would totally be up to accepting requests!"
