Day 11 of working from home. I promised that I’ll write about how I deal with being quarantined at home. I have a blog post almost ready but the biggest tip is to journal. . . . I journal every morning and every evening. I make sure to write first about how I slept, how I feel physically and how I feel mentally. . . . I then take the time to write all my tasks and find the ones I must do (my MIT, that I wrote about in the past). Once that is done I tackle my feelings. . . . I make sure to write everything. Frustrations, joy, anger. Whatever it is. I try to identify it. I then write until I find the reason for it. I will start with the trigger and then find the reason. I will wrote down until I'm calm. Then I start the day. . . . In the evenings I'll wrote about the day. What I managed to accomplish. What I missed. What I felt. What I ate as well (because it helps me identify if I ate something that made me feel unwell). I then put it a side until the next morning. — view on Instagram https://ift.tt/3du9IWe

Day 5. Working from home can be especially hard when you can easily convince yourself that you could stay in bed a few more minutes. Don’t do it. Day 3. Big TIP for those who got the tools: your iPad can be a 2nd screen to your Mac. Turns the already brilliant #iPad into a very needed extra screen. I forgot so I’ve figured I’ll share this.
