I have no idea how to paint with traditional paint (acrylic) but here it is. Have to expand my horizons somehow and stray a bit away from digital art. Remember that progress is slow.

We’re so used to getting everything we want immediately and easily. I can order food from across town from my phone and get it within an hour without moving an inch. 

I don’t want to be one of those people that’s like “Kids these days!” but there is a noticeable shift in society, how we want everything right away. 

But there are a lot of things that aren’t immediate and that we need to be patient for. I completely understand becoming impatient. I’ve been working out for like 10 years and I’m a little ticked that I can’t deadlift 400 pounds by now. 

Self improvement takes time. You won’t become a perfect person overnight.

Your healthy journey is exactly that! It’s a journey. 

Be gentle on yourself. 

Celebrate the small victories. 

You’re heading in the right direction. Keep going.
