I did this one inspired off of a fic I’m working on atm. Have a snippet.

“You’re skilled,” Ghost said after a moment, still jammed into Soap, gun and knife respectively unmoved. “Quick on your feet.”

“Wha’ of it,” Soap grit out.

“You knew I was after you.”

“Aye… Ge’ on with it,”

Ghost took a breath, weighing his thoughts. “You were good. Almost too good. I’ve seen better, though.”

“Who?” Soap sounded offended.

“Me.”

Soap stilled, and he finally dropped his hand from the death grip he’d had on Ghost’s knife hand. Ghost made no other move.

“Didn’ think I’d e’er get tha pleasure of meetin’ the Ghost,” Soap murmured, and Ghost faltered as he felt a couple digits hook into the strap of the holster tight against his thigh. Ghost became overly aware of the warmth pressed against him.

“Impressed?” Ghost said, arm adjusting around Soap’s, but he fought the urge to loosen it.

“Aye,” Soap breathed. “Thoroughly.” He felt the fingers in his thigh strap move, and his brow raised.

“I’ve got a knife on you, and your reaction is hitting on me?”

“Like ah said, been a long fuckin’ week.”

StabFest - Ineffectual Healing

Hey you guys! This December I joined in on the fun sized DeanCas Stab Fest! I got paired with @aaronthe8thdemon for their fantastic work! Please go give it a read and enjoy the piece!! ❤️

Rating: Mature

Word Count: 3k+

Warnings: Blood and gore, improvised medical procedures, severe injuries

Tags: whump, caretaker Dean Winchester, season 6, injured Castiel

Pairings: Dean/Cas (pre-slash)

Summary: It's a whumpfic. Cas gets hurt by a witch and can't heal himself, his grace keeps him from getting killed but beyond that his vessel is so badly injured that he can't even sit up. Most of the fic is Dean doing semi-improvised medical procedures on Cas in a motel room to try and curb Cas' discomfort. There are three main "stabs": Dean suturing Cas' chest wounds with a sewing needle, Dean injecting Cas with painkillers, and a surprise third stab (which is ironically the least interesting stab in the fic).
