i completely lost my fucking mind today. like i said i’m trying to stop overusing meds and i’m doing wayyy better but i’ve been thinking about pills since morning and i wanted to buy modafinil from some guy on telegram and maybe some benzos too, but had to delete my telegram acc quickly because i think my old friend found me there and asked me what i was doing there and i kinda panicked, maybe that was a sign??

now i’ll try to only take the pills from psychiatrist when i actually need them and not take painkillers like they’re candy, but still can’t promise anything

ok this might be controversial, but I don’t understand people who cry about wanting to lose weight and start a diet, but all they do is eat almost nothing and if they do, it’s some unhealthy shit, like bro ur just making it worse, just cut off sugar, try to eat healthy meals, workout and it will be fine i swear
