Everybody is confused by the lack of dysphoria he experiences and how surprisingly okay he is with this whole thing, and they wonder is his brain being changed to be okay with this transformation?

And Sakura wonders...She's still straight even though she finds girl Kotaro hot, right?

Alas, it is just Kotaro's power to give people gay awakenings. And that includes Sakura.

Notes: My first genderbending fic! I wanted to write about Kotaro being a woman and Sakura still loving him/being attracted to him and having a gay panic because of that.
