"BET is so different from Kakegurui" well technically it says in the intro "inspired" and that doesn't mean it's going to be faithful to the work. sometimes I think you like to burn series at the stake for fun. and I'm not saying you're obligated to like them (god no), just that sometimes it seems done on purpose. not everything needs a comparison. you can like both or either or neither. it's okay. it would just be nice not to take away the fun from others.

i'll be honest i have read the manga and also saw the anime. i loved it and they were my obsession as a teenager. it will always have a special place in my heart. but i really enjoyed BET, i liked it in many ways. the cast then is a treasure. is it better than the manga? honestly i don't even see any point in making the comparison.

i just need a fucking second season
