Bumpy tree, watercolour on paper, 31cm x 23cm(12"x9"). From this July. I'm training Noodle to be sketching companion but so far she only wants to sit on my lap - a bit hard to paint with her on top of me.

Bumpy tree, watercolour on paper, 31cm x 23cm(12"x9"). From this July. I'm training Noodle to be sketching companion but so far she only wants to sit on my lap - a bit hard to paint with her on top of me.
Summer walks, 51 x 36cm, watercolour and ink on paper. It's been an beautiful wet Summer, like the ones I remember from my childhood - although followed by the hottest September in history. It's also my first summer with our dog Noodle. She is the best behaved dog I have ever had a pleasure to spend time with - we're very lucky! This painting is inspired by our walks in August. I tend to think up stories when I walk in silence and as I am an absolute weirdo I sometimes tell them to Noodle. I haven't been around on social media for a bit - I hate the ever-present short video format(TikTok kind of videos) so I wasn't even really checking my accounts apart from sharing my puppy. Almost nobody can ever see my posts so I've decided to just post when I feel like it rather than have any schedule. Call me when the reels are dead, I'll fully come back then!
Fossils+Peonies, watercolour and gouache on paper, 34 x 50cm(13"x19.5").
Featuring my collection of flint nodules(with possible sponge fossils). Also a different colour of peonies than what I usually see in shops.
Sonny, watercolour and gouache on paper, 31cm x 23cm(12"x9"). My Noodle's cousin!
Spring coat, digital art. From Draw Brighton library of reference images.
Bisham, watercolour on paper, 15 x 30cm(5.9"x11.8").
I sat in the mud 😄 First watercolour sketch of the year - It's much harder with a puppy. I'm training her to accept rest stops but we'll see how that goes. Right now she loves to sit on my lap whenever we stop - yes, she's way to big to fit.
Blossfaldt Dragons, watercolour on paper, 31cm x 23cm(12"x9"). Just fun little doodles.
Bindu, watercolour on paper, 41x31cm(16"x12"). From one of Raw Umber Studio's free portrait sessions.
Neglect, ink on paper - from my sketchbook.
White Egret, watercolour, ink and gouache on paper, 31cm x 23cm(12"x9"). Too much gouache here but it's done now. Featuring Flag Iris seed pods - love that plant in all it's forms!
Flower Dragons, watercolour on paper, 15x30cm.

Noodle on the throne, watercolour and gouache on paper, 31cm x 23cm(12"x9").
This baby will have a lot of portraits.
Another Flower Dragon - this one is called Radish. Watercolour on paper, detail of 15 x 30cm painting(5.9"x11.8").
I've been painting those tiny tiny plant dragons to get back into action - here's one. I'm naming her Alicja! Watercolour on paper, detail of 15 x 30cm painting(5.9"x11.8").
Baby Noodle, watercolour and gouache on paper, 31cm x 23cm(12"x9").
Portrait of the main reason for my prolonged Internet sabbatical. It's been nice but now it's time to be back. And paint another portrait - her nose is much longer now.
Crow, watercolour and ink on paper, 31cm x 23cm(12"x9").
There might be more similar paintings coming.
Random Art'107, liquid charcoal and ink on paper, 31x23cm(12" x 9"). I may now be bored of those 🥱 Only time can tell
