Then, ultra-aloof Nursey must finally drop his “chill” and get vulnerable in a senior poetry seminar. And to make matters worse, Chowder faces the dreaded ‘SSGS’ and is having the worst season of his college career. But when change arrives at Samwell hockey, it not only threatens to rip the team apart, but could destroy Dex, Nursey, and Chowder’s friendship forever. Before they graduate, to save their team and themselves, the three seniors must come together and ask the question: ‘What does Samwell hockey mean to you?’

Fuck this job man, I sentenced this guy called Theseus to life in prison for murder and then I get a call from the prison that he has systematically replaced every organ in his body including his brain and is now claiming he is not the same person who committed the crime. They are letting him go free, fuck this. Worst of all is he also then took all of the parts that he discarded and made a second Theseus who is also claiming he did not commit the crime and they are also being let free. Now there's two of them out there and you just KNOW they are murdering people and then having gay sex. I fucking quit man...

helloooo this is a MASTER POST of my Sherlock Holmes annotations, aka shitpost doodles of my favorite parts with occasional headcanons. I will pin this so it's available and update it as I go because this feels like it's becoming a full series, god help me.

I'm reading the stories in the order they occurred (according to Baring-Gould, who I am currently arm wrestling in the astral plane over how many wives Watson had) so that's how I will present them!

I am seeing some armchair opining about how this won’t do anything because it can’t do everything, etc etc.

The purpose of a one-day strike is PRACTICE. It is about flexing muscles that have become very weak among Americans: working collectively, planning ahead, imagining something better, and tolerating (minor) discomfort.

We have a malignancy in the body politic and it will not be cured overnight. That is why we are practicing removing our time, attention, and money from systems that uphold (or ignore) the problem. A day without buying things is a day to imagine ourselves as something other than passive consumers: citizens, caretakers, members of a community. Free human beings. Imagine what we might do when we make those our primary identities.
