this feeling so new || IAminievent! : yixing&jieun;;
Plopping down on the edge of a chair the angel ran a hand through her hair sighing for probably the hundredth time since waking up. Her eyes stared down at the words inked on her skin and the red scratches from the scrubbing she’d been doing. No matter what she did they wouldn’t come off and soon enough her skin had become irritated making her stop. Why was this tattooed on her arm and moreover when had it happened? She had done nothing crazy the night before, no drunken accidents that could have caused her to tattoo something like this on herself, hell she was a pretty sane drunk. “Zhang Yixing…” It sounded like a spell coming from her lips and still there was no hint of what it was. Rising from the chair Jieun slipped out of the kitchen and towards the door stealing a cardigan from the hook by the door. Maybe a walk would help her remember things.
Brisk steps carried her down the stairs towards the lobby and when she rounded a corner she found herself sliding to a stop lest she run into the person there. “Oh, pardon me.” Brushing hair from her eyes she offered them a smile lifting her head to glance at them. When her eyes landed on the boys face she stared for a moment before speaking again. “Oh! It’s you hello.” She hadn’t seen him since he had helped her home at a time when she had felt sick. “How have you been umm…” He had given her his name but she was blanking on what it was. Something Chinese possibly? Glancing down she spotted her wrist, the ending tails of ink visible on it and suddenly she remembered.
“Yixing! Your name is Zhang Yixing isn’t it?” Without realizing it her hand had come out to touch his arm as she stepped forward. Curiosity tinged her expression as she pursed her lips for a moment before extending her arm towards him. “Do you know…why I have your name on my arm?”
He wandered around the dorm aimlessly, somehow just assuming that sooner or later, something would happen. But then, Yixing had always had extraordinary luck since childhood; it was as if the world had recognised that the musica would have run himself into an early death otherwise. Not five minutes after he'd set out on his expedition, he nearly crashed into a person. That wasn't anything new, but as soon as he rose from his hasty bow of apology, the thrumming under his skin grew stronger.
Yixing's eyes widened in recognition. "Jieun-ssi." He bowed again in greeting. As her hand brushed his arm, he jerked in surprise as there seemed to be something like a burst of static electricity between them. "I do too, I woke up like this..." He proferred the underside of his arm, showing the characters of her name inked in sloppy handwriting there. "I don't understand it... You, too?"
