And nothing feels better than filling those spaces inside of us. So do that. But be weary of using another person to fill your emptiness. 7. Music is an escape. So use it. Listen to sad music. Happy music. Music that you aren’t sure how it makes you feel. 8. Read. Everything. Poetry, fiction, non fiction, biographies, all of it. Read find what you love and find what you hate. 9. Drink water and focus on what makes you happy. Happiness is the key. Always. So remain optimistic and believe in the goodness ahead. 10. Hey. Take care of yourself. You know what’s best for you. So do that.”
