Two-time world champion free diver Natalia Avseenko ventured deep into Ordynskaya Cave in Perm, Russia… one of the longest and biggest underwater gypsum caves in the world, dressed as the mythical Lady of the Cave, a spirit who protects divers inside the “natural cathedral”.

Different faces, same pattern, but I’m not there anymore. I’ve bled for those lessons already. I’ve stitched myself up, faced the fire, and done the work to close those doors. So when it shows up again in the present, I don’t see it as love, or fate, or some test I need to fail again. I see it as a reminder of how far I’ve come. That doesn’t mean I’m cold… it means I know my worth. The past may knock, but I am not a door it can walk through anymore.
