We get chest tightness when someone mentions anything that could be spiritual even if it could just be auditory hallucinations. Like just now our mother said something about hearing our brother say hes home when he wasnt and she immediately felt anxious and called him. He was on his way and the chest tightness is still leaving. This is... bothersome.
I hate OCD + CPTSD Memory Misfires. When I front they like to make me think I saw the future and that I'm going to be raped or something, but that's not even possible at the moment. This is annoying.
