Welp. I have a new hyperfixation.
I know Destiny 2’s basically dead, but I love this game so fucking much, and I legit just picked it up 4 days ago. I still remember watching my Dad play it when I was younger lmao. Cayde-6 was ((and still is)) my favorite.
Here’s my Exo Warlock, Opal-13. Because yes, Imma make an OC for Destiny, and they’re gonna be an Opal variant.
Curious after pondering it a lil but what are some fun lil facts about Opal-13? Anything goes like lil hobbies or (given the kind of game of Destiny) loadout preferences?
Ooooh I haven’t even thought about this much, BUT now you’ve got me thinking 😂
• Opal-13’s Ghost is named Voyfl, after my irl beloved @v0yfl
• Opal’s one of my many, like…I guess sona variants - not quite a self-insert, but something similar enough(?)
• She’s a pyromaniac. She can and will set stuff on fire unless told she can’t do so. Her favorite method? Solar grenades + Sunbracers.
• Osiris is her mentor. Well, he started off as just a mentor, but after Opal helped him get Saint-14 back, Osiris and Saint more or less became her…adoptive fathers? ((This is totally not me projecting, totally not bc I call Saint and Osiris my dads irl 😂))
• Aside from Ace of Spades, she loves using anything explosive. I like to think she gets Ace from Cayde-6 at the end of Final Shape, but I’m still working on that part of her lore 🥲.
• Hates doing Gambit matches only because she doesn’t really get along with Drifter. She thinks he’s beyond annoying.
• Tolerates doing Crucible matches. She once set Shaxx on fire with a stray Solar grenade. Oops.
• Absolutely adores doing Trials of Osiris. Gives her a reason to talk to Saint-14, as well as gloat to Osiris about his so-called ‘trials’ being too easy ((ignore the fact she’s not that good at competitive PvP))
I like to think that Alucard is the most artistic of the family, even though both of his parents are more on a scientific side.
Let’s just imagine that he gets some of it from Dracula, and most of it from Elisabetha’s soul peeking out through Lisa.

Damn my build has changed a lot since I started…I went from using Starfire Protocol to building around the Sunbracers…and I plan to farm Trials of Osiris to get a specific bond so I can kinda cosplay Osiris ((my bf cosplays Saint-14, so I decided to mirror that 🤭))
