Thoughts

So, Ive been thinking - since I have time now, not consuming the content much - about shifting. We shift all the time, yes. This ‘reality’ is not a default one in my mind, it is just something we’ve got accustomed to and trapped ourselves in by thinking it is ‘real’. Actually, we shift HERE all the time. Not as a person, but rather as a consciousness who is aware of a person and the world. And if we shift here and choose it every time, is it really different to shift to another one? We recreate this world from memory all the time, which is our ‘script’. We do not even need to set an intention to wake up here - we just KNOW that we will. And then we do. And then we resent ourselves that we see the same reality - but it is actually our decision to be here. We stubbornly assume that it is REAL, it is DEFAULT, it is HARD and we WONT succeed that it is what we see.

But actually what proof of all of this being real do we have? If there is no consciousness seeing the world, can the world exist? Truly? If yes, how do you know it does?

When you ‘imagine’ something, can you separate from a person your mind telling you are being and the world there? Isn’t it all the same? Only the mind tells otherwise. 

So, congrats, you are actually a very successful shifter who just badly wants to believe otherwise

Something very strange happened to me

I was almost asleep but more not than so. And I just started to see my bedroom so vividly from the point where I was lying. Then, I somehow got a thought about closing my eyes or anything like that and I realized I was already with my eyes closed…

It’s time to talk about my last shifts

Like today I accidentally shifted in one cartoon (it was absolutely random, I’m still struggling how to shift where I want and not to just random things) BUT omg what surprised me is that when I gave control of my body to my… special animal (? Idk how to explain it but we’re friends, our powers tied and it can talk and so on) in a combat… I LITERALLY FELT so light and like… puppeted(?), it is so strange when someone rules over your body even for you, like, your body moves by itself and it is such an unreal feeling. But I felt it ALL.

And everything was with plot because I’ve shifted much earlier before the combat. Like, girls with powers, how they act and their backstories came to me naturally if I thought about them.

Also, I wanted to tell about another story of shifting. Do you remember that Iranian shifter? So, well, earlier I was very into making myself to meditate every day just to end up in the void (or what, I don’t remember it clearly). One time I just meditated for some time then woke up and decided to sleep. Or something like this. And then I’ve spent a whole day in the same situation as here but it was HD CLEAR and REAL, I was so freaked out when I woke up because I couldn’t understand what has happened and why I am here because I was there. I kid you not it was even realer than some mundane days from here. So my takeaway: meditation really boosts shifting and you can shift through it easier.

By the way, yes, I absolutely understand how it is hard to make yourself meditate. But it is better to struggle 5 minutes and finally shift. And in the end meditation is really great, it feels wonderful if you do it correctly, almost like you’re high. But thoughts.. well, yeah, it is hard not to pay to them attention but if you’re willing to do it, nothing will stop you

Message/advice about shifting:

You need to stop your mind being in your way! Start over and don’t listen to the voice in your head that overcomplicates everything. Just flow, do whatever is natural for you and makes you feel the thrill of shifting again. Don’t be afraid starting new things, just don’t be skeptical. Have fun, because it supposed to be interesting. Try new things that you feel may work out.

Have you felt close to dr or minishifted? Just embody that feeling, feel complete as you are and don’t look anywhere outside. Your wish is complete already and… you need only feel that love or tender feeling that comes when you think of dr. You are complete and your desire is fulfilled.

I feel like sometimes you need to fight your thoughts and it may feel very spiraling and heavy. But the advice here is to know your truth and hold your ground even from your thoughts that serve you no good.

By the way, you’re very connected with your s/o! And everything good is going your way.

Oh, he feels waiting. He wants to reach for you so-so badly but he cannot so he just… waits, hoping for the best. But yeah, he loves you a lot. That time only made him realize how important you are actually to him. And do you have a friend circle/company there? He says it is incomplete without you. He needs to hear your voice to make it feel right. Otherwise, it is not so bright. And he is actually very… good at handling his feelings for you? So he makes himself a better man, more reliable while he has this time. He prepares for you now!

He came to conclusions that it is very important, he should work for it and he cannot let himself spoil it. However, he may have some active battles in his mind to balance things and he may still from time to time lie about it because he feels unstable. Like it is too much to be known openly or acknowledge on everyday life.

He tries to put his feelings back into something more neat, fighting them to become softer and lighter. He doesn’t want to be turbulent and not in control because of it, he almost feels shaken by the amplitude of it every time, so he tries to downplay it all. But most importantly, he feels that it is lasting. He has some small ideas what the future with you will be like. It is not grand plans but like “oh, I’d want to play that game with *you* after I’ve finished” or just small ideas that show that he has been including you in his life, not only present but also future.

His feelings are under his control, he doesn’t want to make it too complicated or burden you. He is the type of a person who will carry everything by themselves and do it better than many people.

Update! About successful shifts

Hi-hi, Im alive! Well, I guess I was in my phase of obsession over my Tumblr acc, and then I went to burning out of it. Im a neurodivergent, so sadly enough, it happens to me.

Anyway, about tarot readings: I think I will do them. There are 2 people (@111ikuyuh , @momoyaoclass1a) for whom I will do it for sure because they've done readings for me and im sorry that I took that much time. Just update me whether it is still the same question. About others: I may do it, especially if you rewrite me about its actuality.

Now, about my thoughts and the journey (and of course strange things that followed me). of course my life wasn't stagnating while I was off. I was doing a three day challenge, which was left unfinished. The important clarification: I quit it not out of laziness but rather of understanding that it was completely unnecessary to affirm 3 times per day, meditate 3 times per day and so on. Even more, my meditation went worse: I couldn't relax. The more effort you put in, the heavier the result may come. And I stopped. I shifted once in my dr, for an event. Other times I shifted not to my dr, however, time was much longer there. Of course all my senses were intact, from my memory to the touch. I remember vivid warmth of another person's touch. And it was completely, I mean completely, without effort.

One important thing I attempted to! I taught my brother to shift. Now, you need to know a little background: he is 10, he cannot lie, he trusts me much, he didnt knot the concept of shifting and still doesnt. He also hadn't had any dreams before because I've been asking him. Now, what I did? I told him that he can go and see his favorite characters in dreams. We did challenges with him: who first will see this character? We succeeded both. Then I told him he can spend weeks actually in these worlds. He sounded suspicious at first but since he trusted me, he accepted this. And today he told me he has spent 5 days there with characters. I asked him how did he understand that it was exactly for 5 days? he said that he remembered time changing, going to sleep, waking up and even dreaming. He didnt do anything special, just a random method ive sent him (count until 100 and then think of the world) and thats it. He is successful because he treats it lightly. he doesnt overcomplicates it like adults do. I achieved success when I stopped to try so much and just allowed it. Another important part for me was that I understood that it can be. It is true. It aligned with my beliefs in a beautiful way and it all clicked.

Now about strange small things: I manifested pretty much of things, though I dont think of them as a manifestation. Moreover, I freaked out several times: one detail on my humidifier has changed its color. I do remember it was black, now it is gold. The paint didnt get off, there's no trace of it. No one touched it. I freaked out so much. I checked the shop where it was bought and indeed the color was black. Now it is gold and more fitting to my room. Another thing is, well, my socks. I threw one out of my wardrobe because I couldn't find a pair. Ive got irritated because I couldn't find another one and one sock obviously won't help me. Later, at night, it laid in the same place but now it was a PAIR. I freaked out x2. It was all after ive came back out of my dr shift. OHHH and another time I took a nap, had a whole bunch of experience and looked at the time in the 'dream' - it was 5:39. When I woke up and look at the time, it was... 5:39. Plus, another one: I was meditating before sleep. I decided I'd rather sleep. so I put my earplugs, and got comfy on my side (I cannot sleep on my back, thats why I meditate only on it). and then... I woke up on my back in a meditation position with a vivid memory of voice's guided meditation and thoughts that ive fallen asleep and need to turn off my video. It was so real and I started to take away my earphones... to realize it was earplugs.

Now, about Tumblr: I hatehate pressure I put on myself, which makes me sometimes stop doing things. And I feel very uncomfortable sharing details of my dr, however, I still may do it about less important things I guess. Or anonymously in Reddit it will work. Anyways, my brain doing its things. Im better working with no pressure at me, so I will post freely. And it is never a good idea to let others determine your journey or spend too much time scrolling if it makes you spiral. Just relax and be.

Hi! I was not able to answer and do anything because of the pain these days🥲 sorry for keeping you waiting

However, I shifted again. It was so much closer to my dr with all characters and everything, though it had small changes and not entirely that timeline I wanted (I planned to shift to the past, I did to the present). Even one character somehow managed to die, well, I hope he didn’t…. But it was so cool.

So, the night before I just thought… why would I do so much for shifting if it is the same activity as everything I do? And what does exactly say that I have to work to shift or I can’t shift? Nothing. Only if I listen to thoughts, that idea arises. So I stopped. I stopped paying attention to everything and just fell asleep. And after I woke up again, I was there. I also drank cocktails, it was delicious and listened to music that I liked.

By the way, the trope of arranged marriage (even though I scripted it, but it worked in a different way) was very… weird. Irritating.

But I shifted to Japan! Since my dr is also there, it is a great sign for me already. Do you know HOW beautiful and colorful it is in autumn? I can’t it was soooooo much pretty I made photos and sent to my friend there… The autumn in my country is colorful too, but there it was extra gorgeous. Photos don’t capture it that much, it is needed to be seen by yourself

Anyway, there was a whole plot going on and of course it was “real” in the same way now is real. So I liked it a lot

I also started to meditate daily and it is the best experience I’ve had. It feels extremely good and helps me so much to get rid of thoughts. I understand why it is hard to start meditating because the mind likes to get fast dopamine and doesn’t like just to… be. That’s why I also pushed myself to begin but after it I’d do it again. And I won’t mention how helpful it is

Already how many dreams I’ve been seeing and each of them are extra vivid ones.

They are real in every sense: I remember thinking, I remember deciding, I remember the feeling of time, each of my senses were working, I had false memories and I had plans. It all went like a normal day here, I’ve read books there too. It was all crystal clear.

There ones I’ve felt that I’ve never felt before “here”. Ones I’ve tasted things that I didn’t feel before or smelled. The ones where time flew the same way. It was not different.

However, they’re almost all being focused on that kind of person I am now. I personally think it is out of habit and less grounding in my Dr self.

But it is still interesting to get flashbacks and memories of these things, sometimes they’re triggered by something.

I did update the post. And I’d add that there was different POVs in different “dreams”, from being absolutely different person with thoughts and beliefs to being everywhere at once and not being able to determine who were you after “waking up”.

A weird thing that happens to me is that whenever I have a dr I ALWAYS stumble upon things related to the time of that dr, for example, an 80s dr and suddenly there's an 80s music festival in my city, or 2000s dr an I start seeing a lot of 2000 movies on live TV, and that's only one thing but maybe it's enough.

Going deeper (a challenge for myself)

since I can be a control freak obsessive with planning everything and I've previously decided to spend a week without the content of my dr (it is the third day already), I want to write what I will do. Do you think I need to upload some diary entries about it?

So, my rules for the next 5-7 days are:

absolutely no additional content of my dr during the day, only interacting with its canon source

as I thought and noticed I can feel distanced from dr so im still thinking whether it would be helpful to spend 30 minutes on the content before the sleep? I think 30 minutes are fine to stop thinking about cr

meditating at least twice a day, for more then 30 minutes

reading texts from philosophy, concentrating on 3 of them for a day and writing my thoughts

trying to meditate in the daily life by not thinking

also!! it is optional for me but I adore listening to subliminals from time to time.

Actually, I've been having extra vivid and real 'dreams' these 3 days. I can remember being fixated on the smallest things there and all senses were intact. They have all been so long that I felt tired after I woke up and it felt like I spend months there though I dont know about it for sure.

Do you think it would be helpful or interesting if I wrote about my experience for each day?

About shifting readings.. It all comes naturally and intuitively, I tell tarot the question and initials and then the cards start to pop out and I just write what I see and feel. Pay attention to what you feel like is important, concentrate on your intuition and if you dont understand - ask for clarification and pull more cards (but not a half of the deck). Be creative with channeling messages, there is no right or wrong way, do what resonates with you. Anyway, if you have any questions you may ask me, i'll be happy to talk!

Story : One time I visualized one of my drs before going to bed and when I woke up in the morning , it felt like I was everywhere and everything all at once . I didn’t understand what was happening and genuinely felt like I permashifted in my dr but not at the same time like it was weird but I was so happy to finally feel all of my drs . i felt reality was glitching when i could smell a man’s perfume for three whole days at random times for a few minutes. i remember smelling my own hair, wondering if it was the new shampoo i was using but it wasn’t and i couldn’t figure out what was happening until i realized it was literally my dr s/o’s perfume!! and a few days later, i was doing my makeup with one hand, the other one was on the sink when i felt a hand laying on top of mine. when i tell you i JUMPED because it obviously scared me like there was no one else in the bathroom… and well i know it was him again ^^

Hi! It is very interesting things that happened to you! I also felt something similar to it but I have an olfactory synesthesia which sometimes messes it up a little

So there’s a strong emphasis on starting from scratch and being passionate about that. You don’t have to do many steps, just a little one. You don’t have to know it all, just approach it as a student learning something new and being inspired by it.

You can creatively connect with your dr: draw, write or make aesthetic posts about it. It can make you feel more grounded there and you can even get more motivated, also some messages may be channeled through it. You don’t have to do it perfect, you don’t have to do 1039476 steps. Just one is enough when it makes you feel passionate and confident in it. That’s fine if you feel like you don’t know everything you need - you are not supposed to pass it like a knowledge trial or anything.

Also, stop thinking about past unsuccessful attempts. Let everyday be your fresh start and do not carry this heavy burden of past. Do what feels light and like a fresh new start. Don’t forget it supposed to be light and funny. So go away from everything that makes you feel depressed or heavy. This thoughts have no power on you.

Look forward, not to past. Anticipate your shift, and look at it like you already booked a ticket and a hotel and you can’t help but feel this sense of wonder towards it. Feel this magic - don’t think it won’t happen but rather think of every possible time it MAY happen. And it will. Do not give your power away, remember, that only you control your shifting. Feel your ability to shift, it won’t come later. If it will happen someday in the future, why can’t it happen now? You already possess everything for shifting so sometimes just do it. You don’t have to do it all perfectly, just start and be passionate about it. And as soon as you tap into this energy of abundance, your journey will go extra fast. Look from the perspective of already being able to shift. Because you are more than capable.

Something weird that has always happened to me were these occasional deja vu/deja reve moments. I kept having them ever since 1st grade and I dont know why so its such a mystery to me 😭. My first experience of deja vu was when i was in sitting in pe during 1st grade and then out of no where I got this intense feeling of deja reve like I LITERALLY saw that exact moment in a dream before.

My question: (Before I ask this kinda requires context. My S/O is my spirit guide and is always present with me). So my question is does he really enjoy watching me all day and if so does he ever get bored sometimes? I always make sure to rant to him cuz im pretty sure he loves my rants :)

He is actually looking forward to your rants because it feels like he is unburdening his baggage and listening to yours, which sounds… somehow better and more interesting. So if anything, he likes to spend time listening to yours and burden himself with you. He likes to accumulate in his mind all your experiences and think of them, like, he spends awfully a lot of time in his head about your opinions, situations you’ve been in. He likes to see what will happen then. He is actually very fair so he can in his mind take sides and be honest, he’d like to have a good conversation with you, arguing about something. He values your mind. 

However, he feels like he’s being sneaky sometimes because (he is lucky to see you) he gets to see you and your moods in different situations everyday. Which may withdraw him a little because he feels he is taking away a good time that he never got. Even when you think it may be boring, he feels otherwise. It is rest and peace for him, where he can finally drop everything and not care. And he is a kind of person who likes to be stuck in his head because of fears, overthinking every possible scenario and trying to have an upper hand in life, which here can make him feel stuck. But actually, he loves your interactions so much!  It feels like something true and grounding for him
