The key to a Productive Day With: Studyblrheaven :)

Morning - Get up early! - Do what you must before endlessly scrolling through Social Media. - Get a (light) yummy breakfast! - When you get out of bed, get dressed! It’ll make you feel more awake. - If you have to go to college, school: Leave in time, so you don’t have to stress and that if something unaccounted happens, you won’t be too late.

Afternoon - Take a lunch break and make yourself a good healthy lunch! - Make a list of all the things you have to do, and you have done. - Do what you must, try using the Pomodoro technique that helps you to stay focussed! - Reward yourself! You deserve it.

Evening - Clean up your room; A clean room = a clean mind! - Try to finish up your last bit of work for the day, and do something fun and relaxing! - Do as much as you can for the next morning; pack your bag, make a list of what you have to do in the morning so you won’t forget anything. (We’re not the clearest in the morning ;) ) - Drink a cup of bedtime tea, it’ll help you fall asleep. - Take a nice bath or shower to relax and wash of the day. - What helps for me is to go over the whole day to get a clear mind. Go over the things that went very well that day, and keep in mind what you should do better next time.
