@100wordpilgrimage
The Private View was very much a success in Munich. #100wordpilgrimage has become a touring project even internationally. It was great to actually get out there and see the show as well as produce work for it. Wumzum gave a speech describing the history and aim of the Beddow n Battini Collective from while Anna Blumenkranz held as a great host for the night. "Collaborating with artists and writers from another country is a great way of analysing your own viewpoint, lifestyle and your creative work. It gives you insight on how expression and communication is different even on a sublet level. London was very much full of illustrators many of which thrive in digital creation. Munich artists contrasted that with a very traditional approach, you can even tell which pieces were made from people who lived here." - Wumzum Not to mention how well the Aurasma reception went. They really should sponsor our next show.
Heres a sneak preview of the#artwork #illustration @wumzum did for the #100wordpilgrimage #Munich project during the week.
Camille Took the bus from Harras with intentions to get to Auer Muhlback. But got on the wrong bus. We ended up taking a different route were she found the Big REDCHURCH of Mariahlifplaz. From there she found her own little wonders and spots. 100words in hand her Colourful story started to take shape.

Profile: Tam Paul Worika Email Blog Twitter: @TamDiman I'm Tam, a writer. I've been with Beddow 'n' Battini for 3 or 4 years now, which is also how long I've been writing for - or at least that's how long I've thought of pursuing it as a career. I've always loved telling stories and creating characters. I have a thing I'm trying to do at the moment where every day, whether it's based on a real person or completely pulled out of my head, I'll try and create a character with a long history. They're not always great, but it keeps me thinking and every once in a while, I'll find someone I want to use in a story. I'm a big fan of comic books and the whole Sci-Fi/Fantasy genre, so a lot of my work is very much based in those areas. I've written a couple of short film scripts (and co-directed one of them) mostly in the Comedy and Sci-fi genres. I'm also working on a feature script which was influenced by the piece I did for the exhibition. I'm currently writing a fantasy webcomic series called Stone of the Riders with my friend James Wade providing the artwork - you can see some of the sketches on our Tumblr page.
