For me, there is no silence in our world, is full of sounds and noises. If you don't feel anything vibrating around your body and your mind then you are dead.

For me, there is no silence in our world, is full of sounds and noises. If you don't feel anything vibrating around your body and your mind then you are dead.
Homework no. 27 Today, like any other Saturday, there is no particular homework. Just watch the video and think about this very special service design system. Think about the service design where you live, the service design in your life.
Where I from (Colombia) there are "los carritos" (little cars) where informal vendors use for carriage of coffee, tea, lunchs, snacks, desserts, breads, cigarretes, fresh juices, etc. It's like a little store where they can show, prepare and cook their goods. Welders and carpenters made those cars by request according the necesities and budget of the client.
This video is in spanish (sorry!) but you can look them how they look like, how they use them and they are make it.
Ps// I'm having trouble linking this video, if it starts from 0, please go to minute 16:13
Ps2// Here I make a mini-gallery.
This weekend I have used my notebooks for taking notes, doodling in my free time and practicing a little my drawing skills.
The first picture are some toys of a little son of a friend. The second one are my feet but those drawings have something special: my left foot was drew with my left hand and my right foot was drew with my right hand. I'm right handed but I like how the left drawing look like, is more expressive and well proportionated. The third picture are some notes that I took about the winners of a race here in my city. The Arabic names are strange for me... so I mispelled a lot of names and I had to correct them. (Sorry!)
For last: Pictures of Negrito! :D

I couldn't make homework 26 (The sachertorte homework's) I made A LOT of cinnamon rolls and when we finally finish it all, we hadn't any desire for something sweet. This week we begin our ketogenic diet, so there is not be a chance to eat desserts and nothing with high carbohydrates. I going to think how to do this homework on the week of 'chapter five'
Homework no. 25 Today, once again, you will cook the same dish you’ve been cooking for the past two days. But this time, you will cook it for your mom (or any other person you care for very much). Create an ambience! :-)
I live in a country different from my mother. So, today I cook for my husband. We have few things, then decoration can be austere, but we enjoyed our time together. (And we also loved eating our desserts.)
Homework no. 24 today, you will cook your special dish for yourself + 3 friends. then, you will share 1 picture of your kitchen tools (and a short caption if you wish). nothing less, nothing more! :-)
Scale for measure the ingredients. Knife and peeler for prepare the apple. Fire and pot for melt the butter. I don't have a basting brush for spread the mix of butter and cinnamon over the pastry but I can do this work with a spoon. :) A shallow baking dish, one baking sheet and the oven for bake the rolls. And last, tongs and a dish to serve.
Homework 23
Carefully choose a recipe to cook for yourself. Today, you cook your chosen recipe and share with us a picture of your starting ingredients. Nothing less, nothing more.
:-)
It is not Dietetic, but is easy to cook: I will make mini cinnamon rolls. (With apple and no raisins: we don't like it. :p) I know that I said that this thrusday we are going to begin a diet, but today I think "what the hell!" and take the resolution of make this week a last dessert to say farewell to sweets and pastries.
Also, If invite someone, it will be more to take a cup a coffee or tea with them than a dinner.
Watch Kitchen Stories online for free on Flash host, a 2003 movie streaming,
Note to myself: see the movie that we have recommended tomorrow morning.
Homework no. 22 Go through the quiz and prepare yourself for the week!
Well, I scored 7 of 12 in the last quiz, not so bad.. :) I'm wrong with some questions because I do not remember it, for example, where James Bond had come out; with others because I misunderstand the question (they asked where we had seen the flying pigs and I put 'checkpoint charlie' because that was the name of the chapter in which we saw, but at the end was to say the creator, lol) and in others because overestimate our teachers: gave me a good laugh reading that they have done the Monday quiz at the same morning, our teachers also procastinate lol Today I fill the weekly questionnaire and went on to make use of my notebook.Today I drew a statue that represents Africa, like a kind of guy-muse. This is near of the city centre with another seven muses. I spent half hour to drawing it.
I'm doubtful with the tasks of the week, I do not know what recipe cook this week and the fact I do not know anyone in the city complicates things even more... Well, I'll have to eat with my husband 3 times the same thing... lol The funniest thing is that on Thursday we were going to start dieting and now we have to cook at Friday a chocolate cake for class... lol Well ... I'll see how I do these homeworks this week, hehe
Homework no. 17 Make a simple notebook according to the golden proportions. Then, post a beautiful picture of it. The type of picture that will get us all envious (that we did not take it ourselves)... :-)
Homework no. 20
Go discover old, and newish things, artifacts and other oddities at a museum near you, or at any other nice place... Start filling up notebook(s)!
Yesterday was a day of visiting family and rest (because it has been a busy week for me and my husband) so we had no desire to go out. At night we saw an interview with Carlos Arguiñano and said, "Why not?" after all we should do an count every day in our notebooks, so I set to work. The funniest thing was to see Carlos play in a motorcycle simulator, but it was so fast and barely had time to make a sketch. Then we went on to more serious issues, the only funny highlight was a commentator hairstyle.
Today I draw what I see from a window of my house. From there you can see the Mediterrnean sea, part of the city where I live, part of the Spanish peninsula, part of Morocco and part of the buildings in front of my house. This view I made it because I've always called attention to these areas of land and sea, as well as the continuous passage of ships. :)
Homework 19
Today we make a notebook (once again). This time, you will start from a careful choice of paper. Keep it simple!
:-)
I make my notebook with some post card like cover with a base of carton. I put the most common type of papers that I use in my life: some delicate paper for doing some doodles with mechanical pencil., reciclated canson paper for drawing, white sheets for write quickly and grid paper for doing maths and make lists. Finally I put an elastic for hold its shape in my bag. I did it that way to keep every topic of my day more organized.
Homework 18
Read our letter to learn more about today's homework. Share an image of your notebook (and caption) with us!
Enjoy!
I did my notebook with a protective layer of plastic, a cardboard cover and a rigid carton base.
I wanted that my book was enough strong to draw without a table, that nothing will happen if I drop by accident a liquid on it and put a cover for some privacy.

Salto olimpico de la tarea 14 a la 18. Ya el fin de semana hago las 3 que me faltan :p Pero tenia ganas de hacer este. :) ¡Chau!
Busy week
Well, I have a small freelance job! :D Is the typical request of: 'We need these works to yesterday!´ So I can't do homeworks until Thursday or Friday. Still, in this town there is no variety in stationeries, most only have material for school, oh well... lol At the weekend I will work with my journal. :)
Homework no.14 Observe what you did in the past two weeks. What did you enjoy doing most? Why? Which homework came out better? Which homework grabbed people’s attention? Do you know why? Was it because of your photography skills? Your drawing skills? Your sense of humour or colour palette?
Homework no. 13
Observe your room. Look at the objects you have around... Old things, new things. Very old things, very new things. Set up some relations between them and share a story with us!
My new home is the newest and also the oldest object around me. This building have ninety years old but I live here since June, so I'm surronded by old objects like the windows, the floor and some traditional decoration in the stairs of the building. Recently I moved from my native country so I have few things, the oldest ones are a Megadrive and gamegear console from my husband, a cooking book from my grandmother and a hat that was a souvenir from my sister when she traveled to Cuba. Those eye protectors are in this selection because I have a cornea transplant. I remember that every person that have an eye surgery use this objects after operation, after the years the use and form is the same since I have memory.
Homework no. 12 Make a shirt (or tee-shirt) for yourself. Draw, embroide, play with scissors, fabrics, glue or fire. Dowhateveryouwant but plan it carefully! Share some images with us... :-)
I have few clothes and nothing replaceable, so I made this shirt with all I had on hand: trash bags, scissors and tape, haha. But hey, I had fun doing it. I wanted to make a neckline a little flirty but I think I overdid it lol
This is the homework more embarrassing so far ... lol
Homework no. 11 Ingredients ready? Share your "how-to"! :-)
