i read then watched project hail mary and i really like it.
one of my fav parts from the book
Some lore-inaccurate Murderbot fanart I made when I was first reading All Systems Red. Can you detect a colour scheme??
i finally watched the murderbot tv show and overall i liked it but i was disappointed at how human mb looked

vaguely based on rogue protocol. in artificial condition, ART modified the organic and inorganic parts on it's arms, legs, chest, and back to look like augments so im guessing there are organic looking parts there
Murderbot & Security Officer Tifany
BUT I DONT THINK ABOUT THAT
from exit strategy, when mb was deciding on new clothing
I hesitated over long skirts, wide pants, full-length caftans, and tunics and jackets that went to the knees. The idea of combining them all, and having a lot of clothing as a buffer between me and the outside world was attractive, but I wasn't used to it and I was afraid that would show.
NO NO I SEE THE VISION IT WOULD HAVE BEEN COOL
the fear is not unfounded though
