3am Wednesday morning grind. The only physique competitor who can wake his ass up at 3am and grind Hard AF.

I laugh when someone tells me they have no money and work long ass hours yet move to a bigger place with their wife and then drive an expensive car and don't think about downsizing at all. Living vicariously ...Eating out daily... Spending extravagant ly on entertainment needs yet say they have no time,. Plus go on 5 vacation a year...Very sad.

Everyone I know has given up on their dream and is in retirement. I'm just still strong pursuing my passion and doing what I love every single day. Those who love the grind...It shows in their work ethic. I've seen too many people who say they love the sport yet given up or no longer has their passion into this sport. Is that passion then? No, it's just a lie they say because true passion is dedication no matter what. I seen my coach let a girl take away his passion and it shows in his work ethic. Not dedicated and letting fitness slip away......... That's cool...Not being fit anymore mean nothing.
