Iâve been deep in the trenches of fanfictions ever since I was 12. Life went on and almost a decade later of quitting reading fics, after watching Thunderbolts last year in theaters and saw a post on tiktok, then people recommending writers on comment section, here I am with probably a thousand fics read within nearly a year.
I'm truly grateful for all of the wonderful bucky fanfic writers on this platform as their fics saved me from a very dark place I was in and kept me alive until today.

âBeefâ is about so many fucking things, but ultimately itâs about the hardship of being human, the ultimate disappointment and disillusionment that you go through year after year when things donât go your way and youâre miserable or when everything goes your way and youâre still miserable. When you think youâre living life right but youâre still so fucking unhappy and NOTHING fills the void that spasms inside of you and and and because of this feeling, that life isnât what you thought it was going to be, the rage pot boils and it boils over and it spills onto everything.
And fuck fuck fuck, itâs about two people who are so disconnected from everyone else in their life because of this feeling that the only person they connect to toxically is each other, because this rage is known, this misery is shared, and even though itâs so fucking destructive, at least itâs not lonely anymore.
