SHOULD YOU PRAY FOR YOUR LEADER , FOR WHAT? Ephesians 6:19 KJV And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, Apostle Paul shared about many things, after it all he also came back to his own side... In this case he is the senior leader, let us take all others addressed in here as followers and or leaders but under Paul. After him giving all their instructions, behold he also gave instructions in accordance to his need and stand... Our question here is; should we pray for our leaders or not ? I should be openly loud by saying we have to pray for our leaders. The very first reason is that the gospel has mysteries, for them to manifest themselves as one shares, there is need for prayer... A LEADER PAST THEIR EVIL DAYS IS TRUSTED NO. 2 Ephesians 6:14-18 KJV Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; [15] And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; [16] Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. [17] And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: [18] Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; Sorry today we have had to share a couple of verses as connecting this subject. As I have been believing this and meditating prayerfully, I realized that there is an automatic growth in this life of a believer to leader. TO LEAD IS NOT ACTUALLY LEADING OTHERS BUT BEING LED. NO. 2 Matthew 6:24 KJV No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Yesterday I shared the above Topic according to God's call on Moses the Prophet in Exodus 3:1-8 Today am again privileged to share about this same Topic but according to Christ Jesus. The Lord spoke about a man not being able to serve two masters at a go... Who is a master ? First of all mastering is becoming proficient in the use of something. So if Christ referred to Himself as a master then He is proficient in whatever that was intended for His coming.. What is to hate and or love one of the two? It's a simple imbalance in life either historically, present and future. Now he said you can't serve two proficient people, this would make you face an imbalance in life. It's a clear meaning that you can't lead without your specific proficient model before you... And in this case the more you follow the footsteps of your proficient voice, the more your service according to your Master is revealed... You can not follow Christ as your master and other things to manifest the glory of God. Either you will manifest Christ or the Antichrist. A reminder to ALL LEADERS; Your master is key in this leadership stand... AND THEREFORE KINDLY TO LEAD IS BUILT ON THE ABILITY TO BE LED RIGHTLY. Actually all you do is developed from your master... TO LEAD IS NOT ACTUALLY LEADING OTHERS BUT RATHER BEING LED. EXODUS 3:1-8 When you read the scriptures as mentioned above, a lot took place during the call of Moses the servant of God. I get a clear message from this that to lead is not leading but rather being led in the 2 verses down here; Exodus 3:3-4 KJV And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt. 1. POINT OF CONCERN This particular verse gives me an understanding that Moses was first of all concerned of what was happened. Leaders are always concerned fellows led by what is happening in that time to be moved towards what is coming in future either near or somewhat far in timing. 2. OCCUPIED ALREADY All leaders where occupied somewhere before they became who ever leader they're today. Moses the servant of God was busy with his father in-law's sheep, that he had nothing else to put focus on; however when he gave God attention indeed was trusted for the great work. [4] And when the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I. 3. NATURAL TALENTS God did see that Moses was talented and able to do His errands however, if Moses wouldn't be led to a place of instructions, then there would have been no agreement at all. All leaders ought to have had a place of instructions; this place producing a particular agreement and or convenant they're moving in today as they approach fulfillment of their Master's goal. WHAT IS REALLY TO BE LED HERE..? To be led is to be withdrawn from your points of attention to whoever's calling you attention maybe. All leaders have to be withdrawn from their initial points of attention in order to actually lead others towards their inevitable goals put before them and or upon. My other statement here comes out of my experience, all our talents are good but meant for particular goals which may not be realistic before the creator who owns us reveals. JESUS CHRIST EVER WILLING TO AFIRM OUR FAITH. John 20:27 KJV Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, o but believing. When you get to study the bible well, the most relevant information shows Christ always willing to do anything to give Humanity a sense of faith in God. That's a clear indication that FAITH is one thing that God delights in always. In other words, God demands FAITH from us. According to the Scripture above; Christ is concerned on Thomas being a believer than lacking FAITH in God. Which simply gives an essence that believing is a grand root of FAITH. Meaning if you believe, FAITH is born in you. ALSO MEANING, THERE'S NO FAITH WITHOUT BELIEVING. FEW THINGS TO NOTE: 1. God will do everything required to have you believe in Him. 2. God will appear anywhere at any time if that is what will cause His people believe in Him (God) 3. It may seem a small thing but according to Jesus Christ, FAITH in God is Important and Crucial. 4. Faith is an avoidable in our move with God cause it's the only link/bridge between men and God. 5. With God nothing WILL BE impossible means with FAITH in God everything will work out. 6. To live in God's power, miracles, protection, revelation etc costs us nothing else except FAITH. 7. Actually to get to church every Sunday is a FAITH generated practice. TO BE SELF DRIVEN IN MINISTRY IS SERVING GOD INDEED. Exodus 4:18 KJV And Moses went and returned to Jethro his father in law, and said unto him, Let me go, I pray thee, and return unto my brethren which are in Egypt, and see whether they be yet alive. And Jethro said to Moses, Go in peace. We may never count ministry blessings until we learn to Minister to our God individually. This gives an opportunity to personally encourage ourselves even when things are not working out. As per scripture above, the days of Moses are a mindful expression. He was discouraged by most of his brethren in Egypt. As he ran for his life, awesomely starts taking care of sheep without any other disturbing stories. Until when God came back to him causing an individual call. Am beginning to accept that each one of us is driven by individual values they heard from their source of calling. In most cases wonderful and Important people in ministry detororiate in effectiveness as a result discouragement. The answer to this is none other than focusing on the values noted in the secret: 1. Givers who heard from God die givers. No amount of disappointment can make them stop giving in life. 2. Preachers, Pastors, Apostles, and prophets who heard from God are self driven. No one is meant to motivate them whether by gifts or any form of appreciation. For they know their role. 3. A couple that gets married as a result of God is a permanent one. There is no measure of problems shall stop their coming together for they have a purpose individually DRIVING each side. 4. Mentees who come under a mentor as led of God, that's to say hearing from God individually, would be actually amazing ones. For they're not moved by anything else but what God spoke to them. 5. Mentors whose mentees are introduced to them by God in a secret place will definitely like to raise them no matter how weak and irresponsible they are. BE A GOD'S OPTION WHEN AGENCY ARISES IN MINISTRY. AT OUR STARTING CHURCH Isaiah 6:8 KJV Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me. Ministry in the entire universe will have emergencies always. However, am also convinced that God has optional individuals that He looks to when such moments come over. IF YOU BE CONVICTED OF BEING ONE OF HIS OPTIONS. This morning in my prayer, I felt YOU. There is a person who needs to hear Him well. Cause He has chosen you for certain purposes. As I am writing, am feeling what this person is feeling. At one point God called me out though I despised myself, He knew I could be here today. Listen; Isaiah had to carefully examine beyond himself to scrutinize a voice which pulled him out as God's option. When He chooses us as an option; 1. We become a solution to many. 2. We introduce Him in that a particular area of manifestation. 3. We let go of our pride and delicacy so our focus is drawn to Him and His purpose alone. 4. We then cease ownership of the material things that are placed under our stewardship but give bountifully towards His cause. 5. We also learn to live our lives to the fullest in Him. 6. We also become a part of His church strength, check Peter in Mathew 16:18. 7. We finally cease to please men but rather Him (God) and indeed alone. 8. Having two words; • Leading • Driving This moves us to a point of discusion, what is driving compared to leading? 𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐭𝐚𝐱 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲... 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝! TAX DRIVING: - It starts with one person, who is later joined by other persons whose intensions of movement this particular moment are not far away from the driver in this case. - It is also a result of a certain hunger of reward that one leaves his home to embark on the road to drive others. - Driving is also a point of trust. Many who would love to drive dont just wake up in the morning to start driving without qualifications. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭! - Every driver has to be very aware of accidents on the road so as to drive keenly. - The driver has to stand by the stage to find customers before setting off for a given journey. - I have never seen a tax driver who ever denied to stop by and grab another person into his tax, all have been doing this my entire life. - Tax drivers leave late from the work place and very early from their home in order to keep their Job active. - Tax drivers find it difficult controlling their feelings as they see many woman faces daily.
