                   she’s known this man for about– what, a few days? sure he provides a few handy healing spells; sure she saves him a few times ( probably more, but who’s counting? ). it doesn’t make them friends, nor does lightning want to particularly be. they’re allies; she’ll allow that. but otherwise? he doesn’t have any right to speak as if they’re long friends. likewise, he shouldn’t shove himself into arguments she has with another about her independence.

*:・ﾟ ♥ He’d wanted to be comforting during their break from fighting the monsters as his MP was recovering but… it looked like he’d said the wrong thing to her. He can already feel his fragile glass heart breaking from the awkwardness of it! ♥ *:・ﾟ

❝ W-well…Before I started playing this game… I was a bit of what you’d call  a shut-in. I was alone all the time in my room. I thought getting close to someone would hurt them. So I guess…  When I look at your facial expressions sometimes I think I can see myself from back then. Though you’re a lot stronger than me so thats…a bit of an insult isn’t it… ❞

     It was a wonder why Akane kept on going to her watch–it was broken; simple. Perhaps it was the longing for outside communication–or perhaps it was the deprivation of a daily staple. The hologram will keep on fizzing out, no matter what she tried.

    The holo disappeared–and in it’s place (in her line of vision) was a cheery-looking boy. “A rabbit?” she whispered softly to herself–the first thing she noticed were the protruding things on his head. White hair, sweet pink-red eyes. Everything about him–a bunny.

     “Um. Do you … have something to say? Is there something on my face?” she asked, bending over to the height of the boy.

*:・ﾟ ♥ Nanashi had been camping out for a while, waiting on his MP to charge before he’d go and do anything. It wouldn’t do to walk into a hoard of enemies without being able to even heal! ...Though he’d prefer to stick to a strictly 1v1 setup until he’d reach at least level 10 if that’s alright with the game... ♥ *:・ﾟ

*:・ﾟ ♥ He had seen a girl walking around the area, fiddling with something on her wrist. The device looked pretty old! At least, he didn’t know what it was... Learning about technology was one of his favorite things. ♥ *:・ﾟ

❝ Oh, yeah! I couldn’t help but notice that gadget you’re playing with... Is it an  old BitPhone model or something? You looked pretty frustrated over it so I thought..  maybe I could do something to help?  ❞

「★」— Without waiting to hear Nanashi’s response, Kirai teleported them to the lowest leveled dungeon, Avarosa Forest. It was teeming with creatures just ready for grinding; time to get started. 

Let’s see what was in his arsenal… crap, just level one summoning. Ten minutes? Seriously? How the hell did anyone expect to kill anything with just ten measly minutes of summoning? He supposed he had no choice, as he saw one of the slimes slither out of the bushes and towards their duo.

…Here’s hoping playing the game now wouldn’t be that different from playing on console. Kirai flicked his staff, trying to channel some kind of magic or power. ❝Uh… summon?!❞

Not knowing what he’d summon, Kirai braced himself. The skill said ‘creature of choice,’ but with his current mana level… he’d only be able to summon a basic atronarch a best. The summoning circle illuminated the ground, a creature forming in the center. It was…

                                                                                                …a slime. 

How disappointing. He watched as his slime approached the other slime, pathetically ramming its body into the enemy. The health bar above the enemy slime’s head only diminished slightly, indicating this would be a long, torturous battle. Kirai sighed, a disgusted look crossing his face.

*:・ﾟ ♥ Ehehe! Forests were always one of his favorite areas in MMORPGs! ..Other than the icy wonderland looking ones or the rare futuristic rainbow color areas! ♥ *:・ﾟ

  *:・ﾟ ♥ He’d read a bit of the manual though, and while this place was for newbies, it had a risk of getting poisoned by plants in the area. He wasn’t too sure how the game handled poison, but with neither of them having a spell to cure status ailments, they’d have to be extra careful. Oh, looks like Kirai’s summoning his creature! What sorta thing does he have up his sleeves to use against these Dragon Quest looking slime guys?! ♥ *:・ﾟ

*:・ﾟ ♥ Another slime? Oh! It’s a super special slime since Kirai summoned it! He giggles happily as the slime marches to its target shouting out ❝ Fight, super slime! You can do it!  I love you! ❞ It had been a few minutes of the slime slamming into the other, and as the creature vanished into the floor Nanashi stops taking the cheerleeding position to go into praise mode ♥ *:・ﾟ

❝ Whoa how cool! I want a special slime! I’m so jealous!! He’s so cute!! ❞

*:・ﾟ ♥ Nanashi should really tell him to be careful not to get poisoned but the subject of the adorable slime covered  ball was too much of a hot topic to ignore. ♥ *:・ﾟ

❝ Oh, I almost forgot! Did you read the manual about this area, Kirai? ❞

*:・ﾟ ♥ The town of Noxus was so scary to be in. Every time he’d teleported to the town he would feel this shiver run down his spine.. And the alleyways were so dark he’d admit to tripping over things on the ground and spending a few moments discerning what way he was going. He’d come here a lot since a friend from his world’s hometown was this one, and he was the one ordered to meet with him here everytime. He didn’t mind it at all but!! Oh if only there were more lights... ♥ *:・ﾟ

*:・ﾟ ♥ His ears catch a tune in the distance as he finds his way out of the alleyway he’d been stumbling around in. What instrument is that?  Ahhh.... It sounds so pretty... He followed the sound out of the passage and into an area with a girl in pigtails playing a strange looking instrument. He wouldn’t want to be rude, so he sits there far enough away to not look like he was a bad person, enjoying the tune she was playing. ♥ *:・ﾟ

 *:・ﾟ ♥ How stupid can you be Nanashi?! This is a video game, but you’re trapped in here! If you die in the game.... No! I don’t even want to think about it!! Calculating the amount of hits and damage should have made taking out at least a few slimes to gain a few levels alright!♥ *:・ﾟ

 *:・ﾟ ♥ He’d done that so many times in other MMORPGS! But this... This isn’t JUST an RPG anymore!! He wanted... He wanted to level up so he wouldn’t be so squishy when dungeon crawling with Kirai, okay?! But... None of that’s going to matter! There were a ton of level 1 monsters... He only had so much MP to keep healing and with this many, he didn’t even have time to counterattack with his clerics staff.... ♥ *:・ﾟ

*:・ﾟ ♥ Alright, so, deciding to go on his own to the Avarosa Forest was a bad idea. Not just bad. Terrible. Really he’d thought if he’d only traveled around the entrance, and picked up any materials laying near said entrance that he wouldn’t trip onto a monster battle. He was terrified hearing the rustling of grass near him, to the point fear nearly took over to make him drop what he’d managed to pick and run out of there. ♥ *:・ﾟ

*:・ﾟ ♥ He hadn’t considered at all that it might be a player, come here with the same purpose as him, instead of a monster. He quickly attempts to stash the little patches of grass and herbs into his inventory to give him room to hold onto his staff and go into a self defense position. ♥ *:・ﾟ

❝ W-waaah... You’d better not be a monster!! S-sh-show yourself....!❞

*:・ﾟ ♥ The young boy was staring curiously at Aerith’s figure from afar, feeling as if he’d met her before. Or maybe more aptly, she reminded him of someone. Ah, yeah!! She looks like Haruyas mom, Chino! But with less green and more pink! Oh, and she doesn’t look quite as spaced out as the flower shop owner tended to be. If you let Chino go outside she wouldn’t  be able to find her way around anywhere aha... ha... The resemblance was uncanny though! Curiosity takes the better of him as he taps the miss gently. He’s not the type to really ignore a chance to get to know someone anyways!  ♥ *:・ﾟ

          the situation that the game had abruptly presented to him was easily accepted as well as the current partner now standing in front of it, his presence bringing curiosity over what kind of person killua had been thrown into an arena to form a team with. as both the class and his partner’s nature seemed to fit with his own, he hoped that it was nothing but the same for the other, as he was all too familiar of how his friend could react towards this kind of situations – or how he treated teamwork. maybe in the next one —

          once the introductions were over he let go of their hand. a cheerful laugh escaped lips, addressing their comments with a nod. ” i’m a fighter! “ a pause followed that, a soft humming noise working as a sign that he wasn’t too familiar with video game classes – or video games in general. ” a cleric .  .  . is that a healer? “ as he’d connect their staff with their class ( and how it seemed they were the total opposite of his own class ), his answer felt pretty accurate – though there were second thoughts due to his memory and how he had only been able to understand the basics of a few classes.

          attention was quickly diverted from their conversation, eyes quickly spotting his targets coming from the background. said images triggered an instant reaction, taking steps forward,  his back now facing nanase. ” that means i’ll fight them and you’ll heal me! “ though he was confident he could take them down without taking any damage to himself.

*:・ﾟ ♥ Gon seems to be a pretty cool person!! Hopefully they could become friends~!  It still was a little disheartening without Misane by his side, with her as the voice of reason most of the time, making sure they would get their goals done, and guiding Nanashi through everything. But Misane had told him before to learn to do things on his own. Learn to handle things independently, and make friends! But that also doesn’t mean to be a loner, in fact Misane meant quite different when she said to be independent! ♥ *:・ﾟ

❝ A fighter!! Great! You must be strong then?! Yeah, I can only heal right now, and... I guess whack things over the head with my staff??  I’m kind of a pushover in battle right now! Well, actually in general hehe! ❞

*:・ﾟ ♥ He looks in confusion for but a moment as Gon turns away from him with his back in front of Nanashi. Oh...! The slime's! They’re here!! They have to take out at least five of them right?!  Oh boy! Nanashi stays behind Gon’s back and even steps away a bit further to give him room -- and also to space himself away from the slime's. If he’d gotten attacked at this level by anything he’d die fast... ♥ *:・ﾟ

*:・ﾟ ♥ Anyways, if having his number seeing ability in real life helped with anything it was having a keen eye on the status of others. Heck, making sure others were happy and healthy is the most important thing! He may not be able to see the numbers in game, but the status bar is pretty much just like it, and easy to adjust to!♥ *:・ﾟ

❝ Don’t worry about your health, Gon! I’ll be sure to heal you whenever you get hurt!! Do your best!! I believe in you!!!❞

Yup! The game is now totally complete! Well, knowing Miwashiba they might do an update with some more sprites later, but the story’s complete!

Heyyo sorry for the inactivity! 1bithearts last major update came out, and I’d been spending most of my time playing it. I’ve finished every ending and i’m happy to say, nothings going to change with how im portraying Nanashi.
