Fenris || Alex + Sora

âDid you just call me a slut?â Alex started laughing and crossed his arms over his chest. âI call it keeping my options open.â He grinned and looked down at Sora.
âYour words, not mine!â Sora laughed, raising her hands defensively before leaning against them and the stove. âYour options are very open.â She taunted lightly before looking around them. âIt probably comes with the lifestyle though.â She mused.Â
Tatiana Maslanyâs laugh is everything.

Alex snorted as he let her wonder around the apartment. âIâve been a little picky and have managed to keep people out of here. I canât have a neighbor I hate living so damn close.â He followed her into the kitchen and stopped directly behind her. âAnd whatâs wrong the with woman I go after?â
Sheâd been inspecting the range and jumped slightly when he spoke so close to her. Turning, she bumped into the stove before pressing her lips together to hide a smirk. âWell, the sheer amount of women you go after is actually rather impressive. I would say that you donât have a type, but given how many stumble into the restaurant at all hours, I think I have a good idea.â She teased.Â

Alex burst into laughter as he pushed himself up off of the couch. âI knew it!â He continued to chuckle and opened the door. âNow you see how quiet it is up here? Thereâs extra sound proofing between this floor and the club on the roof. And weâre the only two suites on this floor so thereâs tons of privacy.â He took on a more business like tone as he spoke and opened the door to the vacant apartment with a bit of a flourish.
Sora smirked, following after him with a brief glance back into his apartment. It wasnât often she got any insight on Alex, mostly he seemed keen on diversion and sarcasm. âAh, but is there soundproofing between my place and your place?â She asked, âIâve seen the women you go after.â She teased accusingly as she stepped into the lavish and vacant condo. âHow come no one else has claimed it yet?â Sora wondered, thinking that there was more room there than she knew what to do with. Still...on the off chance that nothing actually went wrong, this could be the place she lived for the next several years. Running a hand through her curls, she sighed, going to investigate the kitchen before the restroom.

alexanderhayes:
âOh my god you can cook?!â Alex exclaimed, jokingly as he began to laugh. âI mean its a perk but if I want your cooking I can just go down to the restaurant.â He got comfortable once again and shrugged his shoulders. âItâs your home, you should be the one to pick it. Now, come on.â He shoved the pad back in her hands and then folded his arms. âitâs not that hard, stop over thinking it. Half the places in here are identical.â
âYes, itâs the one personality trait that I have, donâtcha know?â Grumbling as she looked down at the tablet, she placed it on the coffee table and stood. âAlright, fine, letâs go look at the one across the hall.â She suggested. âBruno could use the room,â A mischievous glint shone in her eyes and she suddenly took on a southern accent. âAnd it would be just heaven if I could live across from my handsome savior.â She gushed, fanning herself.Â

Alex tried to hold in his amusement and while he was able to keep is laughter silent, he knew that his body would betray him. He cleared his throat and tried to force himself to regain some composure.
âMe?â He took the tablet back and looked at her incredulously. âCanât you do your thing and figure out which one youâre supposed to pick?â Looking down at the tablet, he scratched the top of his head and then chuckled. âIf I have to pick Iâm putting you in the massive until across the hall from me then.â
She could feel him laughing and hoped it was because he found her babbling endearing instead of pathetic. âIt was your idea.â She countered. âAnd my visions are based off decisions made, when things are up in the air itâs like a whole bunch of loose ends - potential futures. Nothingâs set in stone, and even then, when you make your choice, thereâs no way of knowing if itâs the right one, or even the best.â Sora explained.
âMassive unit across the hallâŠâ She repeated, smirking and narrowing her eyes. âYou just want my cooking closer to you, donât you?â

âOh you know, worrying if you had some kind of savior complex going on and thatâs the only reason why you gave me the time of day.â Alex spoke with a humorous tone and now that he knew Sora a bit better he didnât think that would ever be the case but it certainly would have crossed his mind in the beginning.
âEnough about the past though, why donât we find your new digs.â He pulled up the list of available places to live. It not only included the places in the building but all of the Originalâs territory. He handed it over to her with a grin. âPretty much anything on here is up for grabs.
Soraâs eyes widened in surprise and she was momentarily stunned speechless. âW-No!â She stuttered, âI mean, you totally would have gotten my time of day regardless.â Almost instantly realizing what she said, she rubbed at her eyes and gestured at the tablet. âYes, letâs look at places.â She muttered, ignoring the way her face felt like it was on fire. Taking the tablet from him, she focused on the task at hand.
âIs it weird that now when I look at this, Iâm trying to be tactical. On the one hand, living here seems safe cause weâre with the Originals, and all the other Second Gen, no place is safer. But more place is more dangerous. Itâs like thereâs a giant target on this place.â Placing the tablet on her knees, she stared down at it and rubbed small circles into her temples for a few moments before taking the tablet and thrusting it back at him. âYou choose.â
Fenris || Alex + Sora
Alex stopped the search on the tablet and set it down on his knees. âSeriously?â There had been a lot going on that night and there were quite a few people that heâd pulled out of Avery, heâd gone back multiple times just to make sure everyone got out.Â
âWhy didnât you say something before?â It was unfortunate that he didnât remember but there were plenty of people he could ask to help him pull those memories up if he wanted to. âThatâs ummâŠâ he paused, not knowing really what else to say. âwell Iâm glad I didnât know, that would have been a lot of pressure.â
Giving a wry smile, Sora shrugged a shoulder. She couldnât blame him for not remembering, theyâd barely been acquaintances then and heâd been until a significant amount of stress. âYeah.â She admitted before wrinkling her nose and rolling her eyes towards the ceiling.Â
âOh, I donât know. What I supposed to say âOh hey, by the way, thanks for saving my life and coming to my rescue when the government went full on X-Files on me.ââ She could feel her face heating up and was beginning to wish she hadnât said anything. But it had been on her mind for a while, and it was impossible not to think about it, even briefly whenever she saw him. Frowning, she glanced back to him. âHow so?â
Fenris || Alex + Sora
Alex cleared his throat and shrugged. âI wasnât in there long enough for them to do any real damage. I was sensory deprived to prevent me from using my powers. I thought I was going to go mad.â He took a seat and leaned back into the couch as he pulled up the housing information.
Sora fell silent as he fiddled with the tablet, eyeing him discreetly before she sniffed. âYou probably donât remember, a lot happened that night, but.. Back, right before the Originals made their move, when the government took a bunch of us - of the Second Gen...â She faltered for a moment then started again. âWell, you know, I wasnât...activated right. I got my power when I was a teenager, so for a long time I was hiding and my biggest fear was becoming some guinea pig in a hole. And then it actually happened, and it was just as bad as I thought it was going to be.â
Smirking suddenly, she glanced at him. âAnd then you came and got me out. I wasnât as practiced as I am now, but I saw you coming, and that was the only thing that kept me together.â

A Beautiful Day
Vincentâs brow arched when he heard Sora and looked over at her. âIs that so?â He was glad to see that her power seemed to be growing, especially since his ability to use precognition was so limited. âWhat else have you seen?â
âIndeed it is.â Sora smiled, watching as the man froze, presumably under Vincentâs control. âIâve seen a lot, victory mostly. Loss, but only because your brother had a...creative idea that he almost immediately dismissed. Itâs a lot to sift through, but I havenât seen us losing anyone. Some wounded, but nothing close to fatal.âÂ
Fenris || Alex + Sora
Alex arched his brow, turning to look at her. âYou know, the whole Avery bullshit?â He motioned for her to take a seat on the couch before realizing she already had and chuckled as he went to get his tablet. âThe whole place still gives me the creeps.â It didnât matter how much the Originals had changed the inside of the building, what happened in that lab would stick with him forever.Â
Sora blinked up at him before her sluggish brain recalled the events in question. âRight... â She muttered, embarrassed by her thoughtlessness. âWould you understand if I said that so much bad shit has happened, itâs hard to keep it all straight?â She asked with a weak smile. Suddenly, Sora paled. âNothing happened to you there, right?â She scooched further into the corner of the couch so he could sit beside her.
