sometimes i get scared of what happens after i die.

will it be peaceful? will i finally be okay after everything that's happened?

i wonder if i'll still be able to love, laugh, and feel warm sunlight somewhere.

i wonder if my friends will be there.

if my mom will be there.

if my cats will come running to me again.

more than anything, i hope i'm not alone.

i don't want to be sad anymore.

i just want to be somewhere soft, somewhere safe, with everyone i love.
