Sketchy Or Legit?

I report happenings of my neighborhood and you guess whether it's sketchy or legit.

Guy shows up out of no where and wants to help me carry my heavy huge bag of dog kibble to my car. He’s wearing socks with flip flops which are dirty, his glasses are dirty, most of his teeth are missing, his hair is matted and most of teeth are missing. Did I mention that most of his teeth are missing? I didn’t want his help, or anyone’s help, or any mans help, I wanted to do this all my own, I wanted to swear and struggle. I thought I locked the door and apparently I didn’t! Thankfully nothing was stolen. As i drove out the drive he was sitting on a curb inspecting rocks.

A woman waits at the bus stop with a medium size suitcase. A broom is bungee corded to the suitcase.

A woman, mid 40s, wearing a comfortable outfit, is pulling a suite case down the drive. She's wearing sunglasses, carrying a fleece blanket and a big gulp from circle K. Side note: its 111 degrees.

I’m walking the dogs and I come around the corner near the community laundry room. A guy and a girl, mid 30s, have bags- a back pack and duffle bag, maybe a small suit case- on the ground and they are going through their stuff. Almost like they’re getting situated. I say hi as I pass, because I’m close enough to where thats the appropriate thing to do. They respond with “we have a flat tire. Can I use your phone? Mine only has wifi. *pulls it out and screen is all cracked.*” I said I didn’t have a phone. Where was the car? I didn’t see one with a flat tire. Why was their stuff not in the car even if it had a flat tire? What phone has wifi but doesn’t make calls?

Dogs are doing their agitated woof at a noise. A repetitive sound of something hitting a fence. It happens over six times so I must take action. We go inside. I go upstairs. Gotta move my ironing board out of the way of the window. Gotta use my big hair clip to tie back my curtains. I lift the blinds to see a woman, cigarette in mouth, throwing rocks at the fence. The fence is outside the wall of my property which is outside a ravine full of big rocks. Shorts and a purple tank top. "Hey! Whatcha doin?!?!" She looks around. Who said that? "I'm putting rocks there." "What for?!" "So I don't have to walk all the way around." *grabs bag and back pack and leaves*
