A few months ago I got stopped by police for a burnt out headlight and they did a DUI test on me 2x they said I failed even with ZERO alcohol

and after an hour of them telling me I was going to jail they let me go no paper work, no citation, nothing.

Around that time I also remember seeing on the news that some police were recorded trying scam ppl into getting DUIs. I wouldn't even know how to prevent that or protect myself if that were to happen again.
