Someone recently asked me what I want. What an odd question. I have trouble deciding what to eat... I am fortunate enough to be able to eat anywhere and it's all so good how am I supposed to pick! When I think about what I want I am also contemplating what is my journey...what does the universe want for me...What is my purpose. As humans don't we want it all... Peace, security, love, great sex, health, wealth, freedom, insight, and clarity (to name a few). And I am human and flawed, so for the choosing that I myself might desire I am humbled and paralyzed. How can I possibly know what I want. Can I want all of the above things every day... all the time... with every ounce of my being and just hope and have faith that the wave of my life will bring me everything that I "want and need". Best answer I can come up with is this... I WANT to tackle life... I want to be the best whole, healthiest, healed, light bearing individual that I can be...and have the above things accompanied with a faith that the source is managing my direction.

If I consider having regrets...one would be allowing myself to be mistreated. And even in that I have learned many valuable lessons. Or being concerned with others opinions about me and my choices. As a soul I am in motion towards my destiny towards healing towards understanding and if I maintain that organic course there's no way I can fail. Pay close attention to those around me but not allowing them to deviate my course too much because they are on their own journey and their own path...who am I to stand in their way or enable them.

The more you tie yourself to things...the more attachments you have...it de-rails life's ability to direct you to your destiny efficiently. You can always get there if you hold that desire in you soul. It's great to be rooted in source, God, or whatever spirituality that speaks to you. Let things that are moving away from you fall away effortlessly to allow for new experiences that will allow you to grow. When the low limbs of a tree are removed it allows the tree to grow taller, stronger and more towards the sun!
Ram Dass answers questions about attachment, addiction and relationships. The root of suffering is the clinging of the mind to the things which separate one from all of it. When that separation happens, there is incredible pain and in some profound w

What feeds your ego? How often do you need to feed it? Is it ever satisfied?

Upon making a specific choice I was concerned about what other people thought of me after the decision. I feel like it was more important for me to be concerned with how I felt about the choice... Instead of other people's acceptance or disapproval. Of course, depending on what kind of day they may have had or their past or current experiences or their ego...none of which I'm in control of.

Do you want to share your natural gift with someone else and receive their natural gifts as well Can you consider that those gifts were given to you in service of others not always in service of your own success. Your gifts were meant to be shared and not always for a monetary price. To your friends loved ones strangers.

Your experiences arm you for your life’s journey. The old saying a reason a season or a lifetime…things grow and then fall away…we never truly possess anything or another person. The gift is what is left behind after the experience. Is it pain? Did it leave a scar that will toughen you up for an even harder experience, so that you will have the courage and stamina to make it through. Did it soften your heart. I personally think that it is necessary to be able to hear and say “No”. To be able to be broken up with and to break up with someone. Each have their own very important gift. I like to say that when you prune the bottom branches off of a tree…it grows taller and more towards the sun.
Your children are not your children. They are the sons and daughters of Life's longing for itself. They come through you but not from you, And though they are with you yet they belong not to you. You may give them your love but not your thoughts, For they have their own thoughts. You may house their bodies but not their souls, For their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow, which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams. You may strive to be like them, but seek not to make them like you. For life goes not backward nor tarries with yesterday. You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth. The archer sees the mark upon the path of the infinite, and He bends you with His might that His arrows may go swift and far. Let your bending in the archer's hand be for gladness; For even as He loves the arrow that flies, so He loves also the bow that is stable.

As parents we are like the bumpers on a bowling lane. We allow the child space to grow safely without hindering their journey. And at a certain time the bumper comes down and they are free.

Projection is not a defense mechanism...it is a tool for consciousness! A gift! When you become aware of projection you have the ability to use it to evolve and to make yourself aware of your own places that need attention. When you make a judgment about someone else, turn it back around and see where in your life you might be making the same choices. Maybe not the same scenario but in another area of your life.

Are you excited to see your love ones grow or are you worried they won't grow the way you think they should? Do you Have expectations for their future? Why? We have no real idea what our purpose in our loved ones lives is... Sometimes it's to uplift sometimes it's knock down ... To be a tool or a catalyst in their lives. Are your actions selfish or cosmic? Be authentic You are made perfectly Evolve organically and those around you can evolve as well
