Animage (09/1989) - A short 4-page manga by Hayao Miyazaki - This is actually a recruitment ad for Ghibli, when the studio was looking for new animators in the late ‘80s.

Following Kiki’s Delivery Service’s release in 1989, Studio Ghibli decided to introduce full time employment term with a fixed salary system (it was not the case before), to recruit staff on a regular basis and to promote training.
