You ate it twice or thrice and you disliked it and now you are here sitting in this fancy restaurant, liking the food you thought you hated. You thought it was a part of your personality but it was really just a preference. And people have a habit of sticking to their preferences trying hard not to like the things they have decided they will always hate.
