That image is a picture from a cruise I took with my family in 2006 actually. I was so embarrased when I saw it - I put in a folder marked "Unflattering". I can't believe it's been almost 5 years. It will be in December, and this photo is just another reason why this time I'll make it.
Today was the first day back after Labor Day weekend, and jam packed weekend it was. I had a birthday party on Friday (only drank 2 light beers), a rehearsal dinner on Saturday, my best friend Katie's wedding on Sunday, and tickets to the US Open on Monday night. Between all the late nights and celebrating I'm a little exhausted and dazed.
I didn't do too bad diet-wise, and I worked out on Friday, Saturday, and shortly on Sunday, but I still feel a little blocked, momentum-wise. Today was pretty good. It was very rainy and I was very tired so no workout. But tomorrow definitely, I called in to my favorite TBC class at the NYSC near my work. My favorite teacher/a friend of mine leads the class and she's amazing! I'll also go to her hip hop dance class on Fridays, which are without a doubt my favorite workout of the week.
Goals for this week:
-Weigh-in tomorrow morning.
- Go to TBC
- Eat healthy
-Run Thursday and Saturday at a 2/8 ratio.
