Does dinnertime roll around fast for anyone else? OK, the poll says the food won as the top interest for the Super Bowl. I’m a football fan myself but these Goat Cheese & Crab Cake Wonton Cups come in a really close second.⠀ ⠀ And they’re so easy to make. Just use a wonton wrapper and fill it with goat cheese and a mini crab cake (Phillips are yummy) and bake in a muffin pan. It’s the perfect handheld appetizer. I’m a lover of most Asian-style food. It’s usually a healthier option and quick to whip up. National Peanut Butter Day calls for some peanutty deliciousness.
