Meet Žeryk, our foster dog! After castration and some time getting used to living in a flat, he'll be ready for adoption with the organization @docaskydede! He's so curious, trusting and sweet. We met up with good friends last weekend and felt a little normal, sitting in a city park, near a beer stand where I made sure the sweet guy selling understood that he was wearing an Atlanta Braves hat - "I just wear it at my other job, a bar with a name for that starts with A." We pulled ourselves over to a small island in the park on the little floating raft thing. Prague is pretty wonderful. I spent time with friends on a walk and sit-around by the river in the evening. We walked the streets that are usually packed on a Friday night, across the Charles Bridge, along with a handful of other quietly walking small groups of people.
