Had to have emergency root canal yesterday. This is how this morning is going

Healthy choices for today
homemade Mongolian beef-gf. Thin steak, 2lbs , cut into short slices 1/8c oyster sauce 1/8c sesame oil 1/4c brown sugar 1/2c soy sauce 1/2c water 4 carrots shredded 1 heaping tbs minced garlic 1 med onion chopped All into crock pot, low 6-8 hours, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, serve over brown rice or rice noodles.

Meal prepping
So I am not exactly meal prepping, but I am choosing meals and going grocery shopping for entire week. Making sure I have crockpot meals for days I go to water aerobics. Blueberry Greek yogurt muffins 118 cal each With coffee & half n half 60 cal Dinners: Lentil chili 350 cal Cilantro lime chicken tacos 450 Tuscan chicken & spaghetti squash 450 Mongolian beef & rice 450 Egg plant Parmesan & salad 450 Tilapia & Brussels 300 My lunch- jalapeño chicken & bacon 350 cal Hamburgers for weekend 450 cal
Day 3, eating well.
I ate well today, stayed in calorie goal; but did not work out. Having chronic pain really blows. My body just wouldn't do anything. Tomorrow I've sat up my food and I am gonna try again Friday to go to water aerobics class.
Relaxing, working on my rug with peppermint tea.
Today's day 1, it feels like a start
Ive struggled with starting and stopping forever, it seems like. I really have developed the ability to say no, and realize that cookie just isn't worth it. Or in my case usually, that Taco Bell burrito isn't worth it; worry Bell. I stayed on track today, I even hit the gym, I weighed in again after 2 weeks and have a 5lb difference. I met some. I've people today at class and am excited about going back Wednesday. It makes my body hurt, but it doesn't feel like exercising, it's fun. I feel good about this, genuinely good, like lifestyle change good.

First day of water aerobics, down 5.2lbs from last weigh in , 2 weeks ago. 108.8lbs to go.
