oh sweet sylvie win, the dance world is so happy for you. SO deserving of this incredible honor 🩷
yagp international finals HOPE award winner, 2026! at 10 years old, she’s the youngest female american to be awarded the hope at finals. keep shining bright, superstar! 🌟
I saw someone comment that Project 21's Do Re Mi is too childish to be a junior group and I feel like that really highlights the problem competitive dance has. Juniors are about 11-12 years old yet a theme of singing and music scales is feels too childish. Meanwhile it's extremely common to have minis and juniors dance to e.g. Big Spender and songs from Chicago, which, if you read the lyrics and background information, are not appropriate themes for children.
I think it's sad that we are so used to seeing children dance to songs about sexual or dark themes that a dance like Do Re Mi feels too childish for juniors
adding on to lrb some of the pictures some parents post of their kids are ridiculously inappropriate.
Krista won't post her kids' birthdays for provacy but will post crotch shot videos...

THE Trio😄
watching these p21 day in the life vids got me understanding why there's so many evangelical christians in socal. like damn maybe if i woke up in my oceanside mansion, did a 1000$+ makeup and skincare routine, did a half day of private/charter/online school, got a massage, went to rehearsal at one of the most famous dance studios in the country, then jumped in the sauna while watching the sunset over the beach i'd believe in god too 😭😭
one political topic i will always be ready to throw hands over is the war on education and parental entitlement culture. yall want parents controlling curriculum when most parents read at 6th grade level??? be serious.
