I Love How Tumblr treat Toby

i really Do Like how TOA Tumblr treat Toby for the Most Part I never saw any hate or him getting sidelined shifting the issues he had on Claire being here which pmo Personally. Unlike other places

He isn't Sidelined he get a lot of attention that he deserved even if people here despite the Terrible Ending not that off the idea of him being The Trollhunter well at least @pinkytoothlesso11 xd.

my biggest issue with the fandom is how people would project how their ideal character or Blame a character for something they have no control of like i Saw Somebody Blame Toby for ARRRGHHH Death on reddit or people Blame Jim and Toby for wanting to Kill Angor rot or downplay character actions Like Strickler etc because of Pure annoyance and projection.

Something that i didn't noticed much here thankfully.

i Also Love how @noodlecarrot50states always react toby and my girl fanarts. the reason i think She is the best Toby fan i met is because She Love him understand his issues and Don't blame it on someone else even i don't fully agree with the issues that toby have but i can understand it

i Love think he him getting fanarts and headcannos fics etc and not always being downplayed or any reason i mentioned above is Why i think is the best Place for Toby fans to be in (also same goes for Claire fans as i'm probably the Most Vocal one here i never felt Validated abot something until i met @pinkytoothlesso11 (with how they experienced Stickler hate) @artnijna (with her more of a beast Claire thing i always wanted a Monster Claire au) @lesboficfanatic)

Anyways i do Love the Way that Toby is treated in here. as he isn't Sidelined hated or people don't understand his character a pretty much all those things aren't true for this place cuz people do understand toby do understand

My cousin told me about a theory she had about trollhunters.

As your know, in ep1 the amulet called out to someone "James Lake), which you would assume to be Jim lake jr. Now, you know his Biological father's name is James lake.

Next, in the episode where they awaken Merlin, Merlin told Jim he expected him to be taller and older (about 30/35+). It could be that the amulet was destined to belong to his father? I'm not sure how much it makes sense now that I'm writing it down, but it's still decent (imo). What do you guys think about this?

surely it’s an interesting theory, and I believe it could be explored more if we ignored that we’ve seen that the amulet doesn’t respond to anyone except their chosen one…after thinking what if the amulet in the few first episodes was still adjusting to Jim? that he wasn’t her chosen wielder and she took her time to attach to his soul (because I love to headcanon that the amulet once they chose someone they attach/bound their magic to their wielder’s soul and the bond gets tied firmly/can’t be undone unless death when the wielder dons the armor)
