Robbie Gould Signs 2 Year Deal
The 49ers and kicker Robbie Gould have finally come to an agreement. The deal agreed upon before todayās deadline for franchised players to sign a long-term extensions.
It didnāt look like they would come to a deal as Gould earlier in the offseason demanded a trade. Reports were that Gould wanted to play closer to home. I guess in the end 10.5 million guaranteed made San Francisco close to home.

49ers get lucky in win against the Lions
The 49ers beat the Lions on Sunday 30-27, but they did everything they could to lose that game. Richard Sherman summed it up perfectly.

Eli Harold Traded to Lions for 2020 7th round pick
The 49ers have traded LB Eli Harold to the Detroit Lions for a conditional 7th round draft pick in 2020.
Harold was a 3rd round pick in 2015 and now joins the other draft picks from the Baalke Era who have done absolutely nothing worthy in their career.
A conditional 7th round pick is better than nothing. Time for Pita to step up.

It has been a rough offseason for 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster and today the league handed out itās punishment.
49ersā LB Reuben Foster fined and suspended without pay for the first two games of the 2018 regular season for violating the NFLās Conduct and Substances of Abuse policies.

Today, Steve Berman of The Athletic submitted an apology for his reaction on Twitter regarding the now false allegations and charges that were levied against 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster in February. He admitted that he was wrong and let his emotions get the best of him. He also stated that he was acting irrationally in his responses to the actual charges that were filed against the young man.
