i don't even know what my body goals are anymore like being super sk!nny wouldnt be bad but it's not really what I want anymore id like to be muscular I think but I don't even really know anymore I just know I hate how I am right now and even if I try to 3at more to gain muscle my brain is still broken and makes me feel so guilty and so so anxious about e4ting and i know my relationship with fo0d is permanently ruined and I'm just so sad

my intake is more than it has been in the past by quite a large margin (average 1,200 compared to 250-800 this time last year) but I burn so much running and getting steps my net ends up being around 400 I'm so happy
