IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY LAST NOV 30!!

Me and my family celebrated my 20th birthday on the beach and had steak for dinner!! Though nothing in our plans happened since my family isn't the most organized family when it comes to plans.. Though It was still fun!!

Little Rant

(My emotions goes everywhere here but it'd like to keep it that way)

I'd like to briefly share or say about what's been going on in the Philippines as It's been a hectic year for my country. Typhoons are something the Philippines experience on yearly basis around the ber months (September - December), you'd expect good flood control by now but no. So many families lose their loved ones and their homes all because our government cares more about their lavish life styles than doing their actual jobs and serving the country.

I've seen multiple videos about what's happened in Cebu when Bagyong Tino (Kalmaegi) hit Visayas and it was devastating. I saw one video where a father was ripping the ceiling and straight up punched and ripped their METAL roof just for him and his family to be safe.. I saw another one where a husband was doing cpr on his wife on their roof.. I heard from my mom that apparently they were highschool sweethearts living a normal life..the wife died.

I feel so affected by this as I have family members living in Visayas, thankfully enough the flood on where they lived was only up to their knees but the fact that it still flooded there scared me...my grandparents who live there are the only grandparents I have left and it would be horrible if we received news that both of them died especially for my dad (My family that lives there are on my dad's side)

The more I see videos about what happened the more I despise my country. Sometimes it makes me wonder how our national heroes would react to all of the corruption happening in the government..how disappointed and disgusted would they be after fighting and risking their lives for the freedom and the right to have our own government only for that same government use their power for themselves rather than the people... I know this is so different than my usual posts but the situation here has become worse and no actual progress has happened. Not one corrupt politician has paid the price, they're all doing hearings that lead to nowhere and just waiting for the filipino people to forget again and move on to another issue.

But we've had enough.. but the longer the days go, the more my faith and belief in this country fades. I love my country but I despise it's government. Puno ng mga nakaupong hindi marunong tumayo para sa bayan. Idk how many people this would reach or if it would even reach people but I just wanted to let out my thoughts as my country is not doing okay.

And for the love of god, mga pinoy bumoto na kayo ng maayos!

It's been a while lol i've been to busy that I haven't posted in so long, but either way my midterms finished a few weeks ago and i'm not thrilled with the results but i'll make sure to study harder this finals (I have to lol.) since it's after midterms there hasn't been much assessments to do which means I finally got the time to write again! I've been looking for other websites and apps to use for writing and so far Mac's pages have been.. alright lol Reedsy and Elipsus are okay but Reedsy now has a pay wall and I can't change the font and I don't like that and elipsus lacks in features that I need like subdrafts but yeah so far pages have been good. Yes google docs exist I know but theres just so much space google drive can handle okay? I'd like to store my book on a different site as I use word and google docs for academic purposes. I also went to a french class today which was really fun, I know they're doing another one which is Japanese and i'd love to learn a little bit of that as well.

That's all on me for today! bye byeeee

HII LONG TIME SINCE I POSTED

My break was unusually long this year but today marks the first day of school for me. Well technically it started last Monday but i'm asynchronous that day. I mark today as the first as it's the first ftf class of me being a 2nd year! It was quite the eventful day for me. I only had two classes and the last one ends around 11:30. For the rest of the day me and my partner went to Tagaytay for a mini date before so many school works would prevent us for doing so.

As of currently while i'm writing this, i'm fixing my calendar for assessments and eating noodles for dinner (P.S: I don't think i've mentioned here but I am Filipino and I live in the Philippines!)

Happy first day of the month! I’m greeting mine by studying for a long quiz tomorrow.

Does anyone have any other studying sites they could recommend for me to use?(preferably one I can upload my notes to and make flash cards). The one I’m currently using is called Gizmo. It works amazingly and has helped me study for a lot of my tests. Even though this works nicely for me, there could still be a better sites out there and it won’t hurt to try.

(Also any good free note taking apps for an iPad would be greatly appreciated too! I’m thinking of taking the old iPad my brother doesn’t use anymore)

Hey, haven’t posted in a while again. I’ve been feeling quite stressed from the midterms and down now that I saw how I barely passed a major of mine.

Anyway I have a one week break and will be spending it in the province making reviewers and sleeping.

It was quite a successful day today :> I went to school today for a quiz and got 14/15! The reason for the mistake was because I didn’t get the chance to review that part of the subject.

While making a reviewer for my other subs, I ate snacks my boyfriend gave me when he visited Japan!

Today was a successful yet exhausting day. I got back my exams in one of my minor classes and passed (Thank god cause that class was quite hard), I also passed with a decent score on a very hard quiz of a major class (I personally find that class very difficult so I'm happy I got such a decent score...the highest score I've gotten so far in that class's quizzes).

It’s been a while since I updated this account. A lot has happened in the past year. I graduated Senior High with honors, also got myself a boyfriend in the past year.

I’m a freshman in College now. I took AB Psychology because I believe it’s the course I can handle as a profession.

I’ll start posting again here in Tumblr, I’ll delete my instagram account. I don’t even know why I did that haha. It was one of the reasons why I stopped in the first place. I got tired managing two accounts at once.

Anyway, I’ll post something later
