Cartoon One Piece
I played with the shapes of each one.
Nami has a hairstyle that calls to mind tangerines (the top of her head). Zoro is more blocky, Sanji features hearts (his torso consists of two hearts), Robin is more linear—resembling hieroglyphic figures—and Franky has a style reminiscent of Elvis.
I later changed Luffy to make him look more like a noodle, because I felt that the torso cut in the first design clashed with his character. I also added a gap between the teeth and a bite on the ear.
Post-timeskip Chopper has lighter patches, resembling adult reindeer from cold regions. It also grows to the height of a preteen.
Pre-timeskip Sanji is taller than Zoro, but he is thinner.
