A -16.50Dsph patient fitted with an RGP/Hard Contact Lens using Optimum Extreme material. RGP or Hard Contact Lenses has been my first choice for fitting High nearsightedness nowadays. Scleral Lens at 10x Magnification. After fitting the patient with severe Keratoconus with a Scleral Lens, it’s a usual routine to do autorefraction. After doing the auto refractometer, the patient said, “bahay pala yun” (so it was a house).
