We talk about discipline but I’m honestly just a creature of habit. If I do anything consistently enough to consider it a routine, it’s a wrap. Same if I decide I want to stop a bad habit - at that 3 week mark, it’s pretty much part of me.

Instead of shaming myself into productivity and discpline, I‘ve decided to love myself into it. The reasoning for me doing things will from now on always be: „I love myself and I deserve to reap the rewards of this action.“
