7km!!
I can't believe it. I ran (slow jogged) a whole hour today! My knees and hips were aching quite a lot towards the end and I can barely walk now. But I do think it's the kind of ache that will go away after a good nights sleep and not the kind of ache you'll still feel after 9 months (like my bloody ankle😡😡😡).
Yeah, fingers crossed I didn't overdo it.🤞🏻
(It is interesting to me that joint ache is my number one problem on long runs now, not my endurance. Hopefully my joints will become more resilient over time cause otherwise I don't see myself ever reaching 10k or beyond. How tf do other runners do this??)
Anyway, I'm so blessed to have this large nature park near my house or else I don't think I would've gotten this far in my running journey.
Average pace was 8:34/km according to the app which is probably considered slow af in the running community but idc, I'm sure in time I'll get faster.
