The Pit Family Tree is a fun thing that people from my discord server, "The TMNT Pit", did all together. First everyone started making a bunch of turtlesonas and then we just. Smooshed them all together in a big ol' tree. The lore is deep, and this is what it currently looks like:

You don’t get to ask everything about us just because someone labels themselves as disabled or chronically ill or is even just existing in public while using a mobility aid or having a visible disability.
Medical histories are deeply personal and not for public consumption. Not wanting to tell a stranger does not mean we are ashamed or uncomfortable with our bodies. Its just none of your business.

So I wanna talk about a headcanon I've had for a really long time; namely, the "age order" for the 2003 turtles. They were all born at the same time, but they sorta take on age order roles. The most obvious is Leo as the eldest, Mikey as the youngest, and Raph and Donnie in the middle. They take on these age roles and default to Leo, Raph, Donnie, Mikey.
HOWEVER, they switch their age order role around depending on what everyone needs. If one of them is having a bad day, they get baby-brothered. If one of them is feeling super protective, they get older-brothered.
Raph and Donnie switch the most. Raph gets into older brother mode when he's protecting Donnie while he's trying to do his techno-genius.
Donnie goes big brother mode when Mikey and Leo are out and Raph's pacing because they're a little late and Donnie will help distract him by info-dumping or sparring. Donnie goes big brother mode when Raph is upset by Splinter missing. He does it when they're working in the garage together and he's patiently teaching Raph how to fix up his bike for the first time so Raph can do it himself.
Raph becomes the oldest brother during the City at War arc, because Leo's upset and obsessing over this one thing and he can't stop, and Donnie and Mikey are following him mostly so he doesn't get into trouble. Leo becomes baby brother and they're catering to him because he can't stop thinking about it, he can't let it go.
Donnie becomes big brother to Leo during the Big Brawl, when he's hovering over Leo and grabbing Usagi's wrist and threatening "Don't you dare touch him." Leo becomes the youngest when he's sick. He wants to be babied when he's sick even if he won't admit it.
Mikey becomes older brother when all his brothers are worn out and hopeless and scared and he has to make jokes. When he's about to be dissected, he becomes the oldest brother and makes jokes so his little brothers don't panic. So Raph squeezing his eyes shut and looking away will be reassured that Mikey's not scared, even if they're all so scared they're fucking terrified.
Mikey becomes the eldest during Leo's post-exodus arc, and Leo becomes the youngest. He's hurting and only Mikey recognizes how. Leo becomes his big brother again when he's training him for the Battle Nexus, and he smiles softly at Mikey and tells him he knew he could do it, and Mikey gets a glimpse of his big brother. It slips away again before he can grasp that version of him and hold him steady.
After Usagi leaves in Samurai Tourist, everyone disperses to their rooms except Mikey, because Mikey saw Leo's face, saw Leo's fingers twitching and his hands shaking and the expression and he goes after his little brother and becomes the eldest while he holds Leo and doesn't tell him that everything's going to be okay. He doesn't tell Leo he did his best, that he's good, that it's not his fault. He just repeats over and over that he loves Leo so much. Leo is his brother and he loves him so much, no matter what.
Anyway this is closely tied to my "2003 Leo has OCD" headcanon which I will also write one day.
It was always the little stuff. Never the gaping flesh wound, but the malignant tumor lying beneath. Not the world-ending, unbelievably high-stakes mission that you almost fail. No, it’s the stupid little things that insidiously and acutely come up behind you and take your feet out from under you. It’s the coward that stabs you in the back.
It’s the cowardly ninja that doesn’t go for the killing blow.
And that’s why Leo was standing in the kitchen with a shattered mug at his feet and tears in his eyes. All he wanted was a drink, something to take to bed and at least soothe him if he couldn’t sleep, and now it was on the floor. His whole life he’d been a ninja, been a master for a couple years by then, and he dropped his fucking mug.
He sat down on the tile of the kitchen and put his face in his hands, willing himself to cry over the spilt milk. Feel something, anything, even if it’s sharp sadness and salty tears. Feel something! ANYTHING!
He struck out and banged his fist against the cabinet beside him. Not hard enough to break it, but hard enough to smart the side of his fist and ground him a little. He massaged his temples and tried to remember what he was supposed to do when he felt like this. He had made a contingency plan for this, what was it?
“Bro?”
He didn’t look up at the soft voice—he knew it was Mike, and he didn’t want to bother him so late at night. He quickly busied himself gathering bits of the mug in his hands. “I’m okay,” he mumbled. “Just dropped it.”
Mikey hesitated in the doorway, presence heavy. Leo slowed his pace in picking up the pieces to give Mikey time to leave before he got dragged in.
He didn’t leave.
He brought the trashcan over and tipped it so Leo could throw away the evidence, then got a stained dish towel from the cabinet above the sink to mop up what would have been an excellent cup of herbal tea. When he moved away again to put the rag in the sink, he came back with the box of tissues.
Leo sniffled and took one, still not raising his head to face his brother. “What gave me away,” he asked, voice entirely devoid of intonation. No point putting on a front for his borderline-psychic baby brother.
“Dude, you’re crisscross-applesauce on the kitchen floor in front of a shattered mug. You look like a wet kitten in a carboard box outside a gas station.”
The words were soft, lightly playful, but they didn’t do anything to lift his spirit.
Leo sucked in a big, shuddering breath, buried his face as deep in his hands as he could, and trembled all over as he let out a few choked sobs. He didn’t even feel sad, just angry and hopeless and despairing and alone. So bitterly, horribly alone in a dark hole that he dug for himself.
“Hey,” Mikey crooned. He leaned forward and pulled his brother into a hug.
Leo didn’t resist, just pulled his legs underneath himself and melted into his lap, sobbing openly. Some kind of leader, the darkness whispered.
“I love you,” Mikey murmured. He turned his head a little to press his cheek against Leo’s temple.
Falls apart so easily.
“I love you, little brother.”
Fragile.
“I love you Leo.”

I seen some posts that he is a pacifist but if given a chance he’d be not above causing chaos to get his brothers back? Is that correct?
2003 Donnie would rather talk before getting into a fight. If he can talk someone down, he will, but the boy will NOT hesitate to absolutely cause chaos and wreckage.
I wouldn't call him a pacifist, but Donnie considers himself a pacifist, mentioned in his T-file from way back when! I take it to mean he'd rather just. Not fight if they can help it.
He has, however, done many feral things such as; ripping his friend's head off, stealing a helicopter, stealing a train car, making a vehicle that could just dive into lava like a submarine, threatening a warrior that could kick his ass easily because he got too close to his brother, almost fought a healer who was ignoring his brother, broke into a human's house to wrap his brother's ankle, and many more!
03 Donnie is definitely not above causing chaos and confusion if it means it's in the plan or it means helping his brothers stay safe. He's very protective of his family.
