Yesterday I was told by the greatest man in my life @jakeofthegalaxy that I am "the definition of the modern woman" and I don't think I could have received a better compliment. I am proud of everything I have achieved for myself, especially having all the odds against me growing up. I was always pitied as a child "how sad that she has to live that way". But I don't see it that way at all. The way I have grown up, the way I have experienced life is what had made me as strong and powerful as I am today. I feel blessed that I have gained the confidence to empower myself. I feel strong 💪🏼 #internationalwomensday 💞 (at Fit4Less)

If you're in a gym rut and wanna try something new, I highly recommend walking cable squats. They are super fun, they burn your legs and are a great way to get your heart rate up! I know my form isn't perfect and I'm still working on it, but I seriously suggest you try these if you're looking for something new! (Ps didn't know what song to choose so this is the one we're going with 🤷🏼‍♀️) #fitness (at Walker Family YMCA, St. Catharines)
