Navigating relationships (whatever kind of relationship) while being in a healing journey IS TOUGH.

WORKPLACE: If they don't know you personnally, don't take it personally. If you asked for their advice, don't worry about their criticism.

LOVE: Know the difference between connection and attachment. To sum it up quickly "connection empowers, attachment devours".

FRIENDSHIP: You often have to lose people in order to find yourself again, those people tho...are meant to be with the unhealed-You, this might say something about them.

SELF: Do its best for your soul, not your ego. align yourself with your character, WHO YOU ARE; not "your reputation"...that's just what other people think you are.

BONUS: Don't be afraid of losing people in the process (the right ones will find you) instead, be afraid of losing yourself trying to please all the other people around you.
