One? I’d say at the bare minimum that number should be at least three. A semi-automatic pistol in 9mm or greater, a pump or semiautomatic 12 gage scatter gun and a AR-15 or equivalent.

Martyna Ogonowska claimed she forgot she was holding a knife as she murdered a man in his car.
After a night out at Solstice nightclub in the town, Ogonowska, Mr Jaskiewicz and two friends stopped at about 04:00 BST on 21 October in Oakdale Avenue, where an argument broke out the speed at which he had been driving.
Poland-born Ogonowska, of Peterborough, told the court she "got nervous, left the car and slammed the door".
But Mr Jaskiewicz followed her and grabbed her neck, forcing her to her knees, actions which Judge David Farrell QC described as an "assault".
The mother-of-one had said in evidence the pair returned to the car, where he "started to be aggressive towards me again" and tried to touch her breasts.
Judge Farrell said Ogonowska "became annoyed - you wanted attention and showed him the knife" she had been carrying over the course of the evening.
"You then, in anger, deliberately stabbed him intending to cause him at the very least really serious bodily harm," he told her.
In police interview she said she "forgot" she was holding the knife, and called the murder an "accident".
Judge Farrell acknowledged there had been "provocation" and Mr Jaskiewicz had "undoubtedly touched you sexually and was violent towards you" - but said there was "no reasonable self defence when you used a knife you brought to the scene".
After stabbing him through the heart she ran away to her ex-boyfriend's house, where she washed the knife and changed her clothes, the court heard.
She later turned herself into police, but before that had messaged her mother, who had also been on the night out, and said: "The whole knife went into his heart... Mum, what should I do?".
Ogonowska was also sentenced to 18 months for possessing a bladed article, to run concurrently. ____________________________
washing the knife was dumb and likely didn't do her any favours, that said it shouldn't matter at all because this is clearly self defense and it's not like people are thinking clearly after something like this goes down.
I'm sorry to tell you guys this, but this is the norm. In the USA, women who kill their abusers and rapists nearly always get a longer sentence than men who rape and murder women. This has been the case for decades, despite all efforts to change it. Even if you can prove that he abused her, even for years. Even if there's a legal history. Even he's done the same thing to other women.
This isn't unique to the UK. It's not unique to the Anglosphere. It's the standard fare.
I think your mixing up after the fact with in the moment self defense. If it were legal to kill rapists after the fact then rapists would have an incentive to always kill their witnesses.
No, I'm not. It doesn't matter if you kill a rapist during the act in self defense. Survivors of rape and attempted rape who kill rapists generally get longer, harsher punishments than their rapists.
There's a difference between killing someone in the act and killing someone when they're asleep later because they had raped you. Legally, one is manslaughter and one is murder. But that doesn't seem to matter because the charges men face for rape and nearly always longer than someone defending themselves.
This is true if the victim dies in the act as well. Men who rape and kill their victims face fewer years (on average) than survivors who kill their rapists to fight back.
Do you have any cases you can cite for that that aren't from the prison island of the uk?
No, because they're in fact mixing up after-the-fact homicide with in-the-moment self-defense -- and they fucking know it. They're also lying their asses off just in general. Rape is the most aggressively prosecuted violent crime and convictions yield sentences second only to homicide. Wrongful convictions in clear-cut self-defense cases such as these are not standard fare, either. Hell, in a lot of jurisdictions, a rape victim like her wouldn't even be fucking arrested, much less charged, and forget being prosecuted or convicted. Feminists stay lying out here. No, the British state actively hates its own people -- I mean "subjects."
I think we should be extremely deferential to rape victims who kill their attackers after the fact, maybe we just charge them with something like involuntary manslaughter. Charging them like they are murderers is obviously a pro-rape regime, but you can't just make it open season on the rapists because then they would kill their victims also.
Maybe it would discourage rape if there were to be no penalties for killing a convicted rapist.
Many act as if slavery was a uniquely American crime.
“One reason,” says author Wilfred Reilly, “is that a lot of black people survived here.”
He argues that much of what Americans are taught about slavery is just wrong:
Why is such a false history of slavery taught in American schools? 🤔
