Hello everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve been on this blog, but I am finally in a place where I can update you as to why that is.
Of my own accord, I left the independent roleplay community not too long ago. This is because I am so busy in my personal life and have gone through a tremendous amount these passed few months. I do not have the time or energy to write, however I don’t want to stop providing resources for the community.
I moved out of my parents house after a suicide attempt in July, and into my grandparents house, and although I stayed with them for months it was proving detrimental to my mental well-being. Just this week I have moved into a hostel under supported care and I will be here until I am able to find somewhere more permanent for myself, but considering I have the options the local council provides, houses and flats available are scarce.
I have no solid income. I am unable to work through long-term disability and mental illness. It is up to me to pay my rent in the hostel, pay for my antidepressants, provide food for myself and every day essentials I will need. I have already been struggling with food. Though I was previously unable to charge anything for my content due to lack of a bank account, I am now able to.
But don’t worry! The psds I have made for free will remain available to the public. I have added an additional note for those who would like to donate for those efforts by buying me a ko-fi. Though it is entirely optional.
I will now offer paid commissions for psds through PayPal at an affordable price (I have yet to determine exact prices, but it won’t be much!) and I will be thorough in making sure it is up to your standards.
I have chosen to continue offering my services because it is something I enjoy doing, as well as something that could help me in my day-to-day life, not just with earning money but providing me a creative outlet and something to keep me occupied. Thank you all for supporting me with my resources and I am excited to go forward.
